Spacious and bright apartment (46 m2), located on the 2nd and last floor of a chalet style building with elevator.
It has 2 bedrooms with large closets, 1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 separate single beds, 1 living room with a living room with sofa bed, a dining area, and a kitchen area.
Sanitary facilities: 1 bathroom with sink and bath, 1 shower room with sink and shower, 1 separate toilet.
Equipment: induction hob, combined microwave and traditional oven, toaster, coffee maker, raclette machine, Savoyard fondue machine, pressure cooker, dishwasher, complete crockery and all kitchen utensils, large flat screen TV + player DVD and Blu-Ray.
The building is located:
- 150 meters from the center of the resort
- 200 meters from the ski lifts
- 250 meters from the meeting
but in a calm atmosphere, without vis-à-vis, and with a magnificent view of the valley from the living room.

Easy access and unloading
NORMA is a family resort, without traffic, warm and on a human scale. Themed activities are organized throughout the summer. It is easily accessible by road from Modane (5 km), which has a TGV station.

Sejour neige à LA NORMA

Bien : Appartement correct pour deux adultes. Vue sur les montagnes des deux balcons. Moins bien : situation dans village en dehors de la zone piétonne donc plus bruyante avec surtout ramassage des poubelles au pied de l'immeuble. Equipements coin cuisine vétuste avec robinet de l'évier mal fixé (réparation effectuée durant notre séjour), lave vaisselle dont le fonctionnement interdit toute discussion dans le séjour. Moquette dans toutes les pièces, sauf coin cuisine et sanitaires.

Appart bien situé, confortable, bien équipé, sis dernier étage, lumineux, avec vues sur les montagnes :), isolation phonique moyenne en cas de voisins bruyants, prise en charge par clefs services à l'écoute, petits soucis vite résolus, station échelle humaine très sympathique...

Super appartement, très bien équipé! Deux balcons! La décoration est magnifique, le literie est excellente!! Nous avons eu un coup de coeur!!! Je le conseil vivement , il est à deux minutes des pistes, la station est très bien, aucune voiture dans le centre ville, idéale pour les enfants!!! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour! Nous avons déjà prévu d'y retourner l'an prochain! PS: Le propriétaire est à l''écoute et nous avait donné pleins d'informations par mail, il est également facilement joignable !
