Ideally located in a nice subdivision at Mitan Cove you will be seduced by this magnificent luxury villa !!!

Very close to the most beautiful beaches of Martinique, entertainment and shops, it benefits from a green environment where you can relax in complete serenity !! Its generous volumes and its huge terrace will allow you to savor the delights of the island of flowers!

all on one level, it consists of a large living room (television, internet), a fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, electric hob, dishwasher) overlooking the large terrace, a pantry (washing machine dryer rangemens, 1 master bedroom (160 cm bed) with shower room and dressing room, 3 bedrooms, with 160 cm bed, one with a 160 cm convertible sofa, bathroom (shower and sink), 1 hallway.
All rooms are air conditioned
outside a very large deck with infinity pool, plancha, solarium, relaxation area, ZEN area, workshop, covered parking for several cars.

agency fees included price per week depending on season from 1500 € in low season to 2200 € in very high season.

Description du lieu exacte. Rien ne manque pour un sejour agréable

Effectivement, superbe et magnifique villa avec une belle piscine dans laquelle on peut jouer, mener des activitĂ©s. Hors le coucher ,la vie se passe Ă  l’extĂ©rieur grĂące Ă  un large patio. Jardin arborĂ©. TrĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© en tout domaine. Seule critique: voiture indispensable car la plage la plus prĂšs n'est pas trop loin, mais les montĂ©es et descentes sont rudes pour les cuisses. J'y retourne au plus vite avec grand plaisir.

Superbe villa avec vue et au calme

La villa est bien conçu avec un extĂ©rieur trĂšs grand et bien agencĂ©. Nous Ă©tions 6 et c'Ă©tait super d'avoir 3 salle-de -bain! De mĂȘme il y a beaucoup de vaisselle ce qui est apprĂ©ciable. Par contre il faut Ă  tout prix une voiture car vous ne pouvez rien atteindre Ă  pieds, que ce soit commerces ou plages. Enfin nous avons eu un souci avec la plancha mais je suis sĂ»re que tout est arrangĂ©. Si j'ai l'occasion je reviendrai.

réception,décevante,pas de fleurs ou corbeille de fruits, 5chaises longues mais seulement 3 coussins, l alarme de piscine ne fonctionne pas, le four micro-ondes avec le plateau cassé (raison évoquée pas de changement car nous sommes éco responsables!!!!! ) un volet electrique de chambre bloqué durant 15 jours . Amabilité laisse a désirer pourune prestation de ce prix.

Logement rĂ©servĂ© pour 8 jours. Les trois ilets nous ont permis de visiter facilement l'Ăźle, sauf le nord ouest plus difficile pour s'y rendre. Logement magnifique avec une superbe vue. Quelques petits dĂ©tails mĂ©riteraient cependant d'ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©s au niveau de la maison. Je recommande.
