The view of the Louron valley is magnificent, either from the living room or on the terrace.
The place is peaceful, no noise, a few rare cars.
The village of Ilhan is charming, the walks from the residence are easy and offer splendid views.
Between 3 and 10 km Bordères Louron and Arreau, a village and a small town with shops, services, restaurants.
In winter, the ski resorts of the two valleys are less than 30 minutes away; in summer it is the national park of the Pyrenees which is offered to you!
You can practice skiing and snow in winter, hiking, climbing, rafting, paragliding, tree climbing in summer.
Not much further .. ARAGON and its canyons!
To relax two Thalassotherapy centers and baths.
Finally the little ones will find in winter a suitable station to start their skier life: Val Louron, and in summer a park for games.
To come very simple: A64 / E80 motorway, exit Lannemezan, then direction Arreau; Bordères Louron is 5 km away and Ilhan 3 km further.

Apartamento como se muestra en fotos. Una terraza magnífica y todo lo necesario para una estancia maravillosa. Los dueños y la encargada muy amables. La wifi es algo inestable pero es comprensible, el sitio está en medio de la naturaleza. Estuvimos una semana dos familias, 7 personas, y Repetiriamos.

Prachtige herinneringen

Met onze 3 kinderen hebben wij 1 week lang in deze prachtige omgeving gewoond. De woning was zeer comfortabel en groot genoeg voor ons gezin. De keuken (en rest van de woning) was zeer goed uitgerust. De woning ligt iets afgelegen van grotere dorpen maar biedt hierdoor een prachtig uitzicht, veel rust en in de avond vanuit het terras een uitzicht op een mooie sterrenhemel. Twee supermarkten op ongeveer 10-15 min rijafstand. De nabije omgeving heeft veel activiteiten, wandelroutes en een prachtige natuur te bieden, ook voor jonge kinderen. Al met al een aan te bevelen adres voor een vakantie. Wij hebben in ieder geval heerlijk genoten.

appartement magnifique, spacieux où rien ne manque avec un merveilleux panorama! vraiment, nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille avec un temps splendide, et la dame qui s'en occupe est trés sympathique. je recommande cet endroit aussi bien l'hivers pour les joies du ski que l'été....il y a une trés grande terrasse! Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cet appartement que l'on pourrait qualifier de : Balcon sur les Pyrénées ! Quel plaisir de prendre un repas ou le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse en tête à tête avec les montagnes baignées de soleil . La relative fraîcheur de la nuit vous assure d'un sommeil parfait. Le confort de l'habitation est optimal , joliment meublé, bien décoré et propre.

L'appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description faite par Yvonne et Jean Michel. Il est très agréable, calme, spacieux et très lumineux un régal chaque jour. Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances de rêve dans cet appartement parfaitement équipé, on y trouve tout le nécessaire pour profiter de la terrasse et pour se préparer de bons petits plats. Autre précision appréciable sur les équipements, la literie est vraiment très bonne pour de bonnes nuits réparatrices. L'appartement est au calme au milieu des montages et offre un vue magnifique sur la vallée et pourtant il n'est qu'à une quinzaine de minutes des stations de ski! Au top! Et si vous avez de la chance, à la tombée de la nuit les biches sortent et offrent un très beau spectacle. Un régal! L'appartement est parfait, les hôtes toujours disponibles et très accueillant, nous recommandons cet appartement à tous les gens qui souhaitent passer de très belles vacances. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir et sans aucune hésitation. Merci!

Calme, confort et paysages magnifiques

Un appartement planté au milieu de la montagne accessible par une route sinueuse au long de laquelle nous avons aperçu de nombreuses biches. Passé l'entrée en voiture impressionnante par son étroitesse et sa pente, la description de la location est tout à fait conforme et les photographies présentées sont conformes à la réalité. Un appartement spacieux, très bien équipé et très lumineux, notamment pour le salon salle à manger. Les chambres, dont la literie est impeccable ne sont pas lumineuses car exposées au nord. La terrasse est véritablement un atout supplémentaire de cet appartement très agréable. Du matin au soir, elle est agréable, et les aménagements proposés permettent d'en profiter du petit déjeuner à l'apéro en n'oubliant pas la farniente de l'après midi sur les chaises longues. On a un peu jalousé la piscine jacuzzi du voisin du dessous qui aurait été un plus après les journées de randonnées. a défaut de cette piscine, nous avons profité de Balnéa à Loudenvielle qui est un lieu de détente particulièrement agréable et appréciable. Une région qui offre de belles et hautes randonnées jalonnées de magnifiques lacs. Le marché de Arreau, jeudi matin, est sans conteste le haut lieu pour faire le plein et pour les oublis alimentaires mieux vaut le marché nocturne de Génos, le mercredi soir, que le marché de Bordères le dimanche matin. Une seule toute petite remarque, il est dommage qu'internet ne soit pas accessible sur la terrasse, mais aucun souci dans l'appartement. En résumé, l'annonce proposée est honnête et tout est conforme à la description, vous pouvez louer vous n'aurez que d'agréables surprises.

Rien ne manque dans cet appartement, c'est bien un appartement et non pas une maison comme nous pensions louer. Spacieux mais bruyant, problème d'insonorisation, on entend très bien les locataires de l'étage supérieur...... Obligé d'acheter des boules quies, notre chambre étant située dessous les toilettes et salle de bains du 3eme étage..........dommage..... Sinon la vue est agréable et on se retrouve en pleine montagne entourer par la nature.........

Nous avons séjourné 3 jours dans cet appartement à la vue incroyable! L'appartement est 100% équipé, vous n'avez qu'à remplir le frigo et vous êtes chez vous. La terrasse est splendide et elle aussi très bien équipée. La seule petite note négative est l'insonorisation avec les appartements voisins. Nous recommandons ce lieu agréable.

Prachtig appartement met adembenemend uitzicht

Wij hebben met onze puberkinderen een hele leuke week gehad in dit prachtig appartement. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel schoon, prima bedden en een geweldig uitzicht. Het appartement ligt aan het einde van een dal en heel rustig gelegen. De kinderen hebben zich ,naast alle uitstapjes, ook vermaakt met tafeltennis. Een mooi wandelgebied. Aan het einde van het dal is er ook een heel leuk zwembad. We hebben prachtig weer gehad en er genoten van ons verblijf in de Pyreneeen.
