Recently built villa on 1 ha plot located in a valley between Bedar and Antas, 3 km away from the motorway Almería-Alicante. Easy access via a 2 km road in good condition.
Part of the garden is planted with decorative trees such as palm trees, banana trees, and bougainvilleas; most of them are planted around the swimming pool, which is 10x5 m big and includes a paddling pool for small children. There are safety fences all around as to protect the children.
Two garages and a large parking space for several cars are available.
There are many terraces all around the villa. There, you can sunbath or relax under the shades on very hot days. In summer, the patio, decorated with a fountain, is the perfect place to eat breakfast.
On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a storeroom, separate toilets for guests, a large living room (with two sofas, a television, a stereo system, a CD and a DVD player), and a large kitchen (with a fridge, a dishwasher, a toaster, and all the necessary utensils). You can take your meals outside all year round. Otherwise, there is a small table for 4 people by the kitchen and another, for 8, in the upstairs dining room. On the ground floor, you will also find the main bedroom, which includes an en-suite bathroom and offers a view of the swimming pool.
A marble staircase leads you upstairs, where you will find the dining room; the table there can also serve as a game table. An Internet connection is available. There are three other bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom includes an en-suite shower room and an access to the terrace.
An air-conditioning system has been installed in all the bedrooms as well as on the ground floor.
By the swimming pool, there is a separate studio flat (without air conditioning) with a double bed, two single beds, a kitchenette, and a shower room.
