Perfect location

The location of the apartment was perfect. Only a short walk from the train station and the bus station so hiring a car is not a necessity. The beaches of Fréjus and St Raphael were also only a few minutes walk away as were restaurants; bars and shops. The apartment was well equipped and communication was excellent. We would definitely return

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr zentral!

Die Ferienwohnung hatte uns gut gefallen, sehr zentral gelegen, nur ein paar 100 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Die Wohnungsübergabe hat reibungslos geklappt, der Vermieter/rin ist sehr nett und auch hilfsbereit. In der Wohnung hat alles funktioniert, war sauber und die Sicherheit wird groß geschrieben. Leider hatten wir (Ende August, Anfang September) Mücken, was nicht ganz so gut war, aber da kann leider keiner was dran machen. Wir hatten direkt bei der Wohnung einen Parkplatz, was hervorragend war, denn Parkplätze sind schwer zu bekommen. Alles im allem, uns hat es gut gefallen. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen!!! Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Appartement moderne, bien situé

Appartement agréable, propre, moderne, bien équipé, doté d'une belle salle d'eau, situé tout près du centre ville, des plages et des commerces. Tout peut se réaliser à pied. L' appartement est calme (en dehors des passages des trains, peu fréquents heureusement). Parties communes de la résidence très propres et sécurisées. La place de parking est un vrai atout en période estivale. La personne chargée de l'accueil et de la remise des clés est une personne vraiment charmante et très disponible. Inconvénients du logement : appartement trop chaud en été sans la climatisation (celle-ci a été malheureusement en panne lors de notre séjour en juillet), forte présence de moustiques dans le secteur : difficile de profiter de la terrasse le soir et d'ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit (pour rafraichir les pièces), même avec des répulsifs. Ça serait plus sympa que le linge de maison (draps, serviettes, torchons...) soit compris dans le prix de la location. Concernant la ville, Saint Raphaël est une station balnéaire très agréable, bien ensoleillée, avec de belles plages, et pleine d'animations en été.

Idéalement situé, très bon séjour

Idéalement situé, à 5mn du vieux port et de ses restaurants, quelques pas de plus et vous êtes à la plage du Veillat, vous pouvez tout faire à pieds tout en étant au calme. La place de parking est un plus car il n'est pas facile de se garer à Saint-Raphaël en saison. L'immeuble est très bien entretenu et l'appartement est conforme à l'annonce, tout est neuf et propre. L'appartement est joliment décoré et très bien équipé, rien ne manque pour un séjour agréable. La climatisation a été très appréciable vu les températures extérieures. Belle terrasse avec un jardinet très bien entretenu, mais malheureusement il y avait beaucoup de moustiques, donc nous n'avons pas pu en profiter comme nous l'aurions voulu. Petit bémol pour le couchage dans le canapé lit du salon, je ne l'ai pas trouvé très confortable. La communication avec la propriétaire ainsi que son prestataire de services a été très bonne, ce dernier a été très flexible pour l'horaire de la remise des clés et nous le remercions pour le bonus parking du dernier jour!

Agréablement très surpris très bien équipée et propre à notre arrivée, avions largement de la place pour nous étaler, location que je conseillerai en cas de demande pour St Raphael, très proche des commerces de la mer pas besoin d'utiliser sa voiture pour se déplacer a plus que largement répondu à nos attentes

Bel appartement récent, spacieux , propre, très bien agencé et aménagé, bien équipé, une jolie décoration marine, une super salle de bain refaite récemment avec douche à l'italienne, rien à redire! Cependant étant en rez- de- jardin, cet appartement manque une peu de clarté, de soleil et de vue malgré un agréable petit jardin très bien entretenu et éclairé en soirée. Bien situé en centre ville, derrière le vieux port, quartier calme , tous les commerces à proximité et à pied. Plage du Veillat toute proche , grand plan d'eau pour la baignade dans une eau super claire , de la profondeur ,de nombreux poissons, un petit paradis!... De belles balades à faire sur les sentiers côtiers et dans l'Estérel tout proche, une magnifique région, un climat exceptionnel ! Très bien accueillis par Eric, disponible en cas de problème, nous recommandons cette location.

Appartement superbe spacieux avec tout le nécessaire très propre et neuf une belle terrasse une grande pièce à vivre avec canapé lit, une très belle chambre toute mignonne et une très belle salle de bain. Pas de bruit et vue sur le jardin. Accueil très sympathique. Franchement tout était nickel si je retourne à St Raphaël c’est là où je logerais sans hésitation. Le seul bémol et cela n’a rien à voir avec l’appartement : les moustiques qui sévissent pendant les fortes chaleurs. Mais la propriétaire a laissé tous les anti-moustiques qui existe. Vraiment je recommande cet appartement vous ne serez pas déçu.

Appartement idéalement situé, comme neuf, très agréable mérite 5 étoiles

Mme Crépin est venue nous accueillir mon fils et moi à notre Hôtel en voiture ce qui est fort appréciable (arrivés la veille sur St Raphael côté Port Lucia), nous a expliqué ou étaient les commerces, restos... le fonctionnement des appareils... vraiment très gentille et très ponctuelle, nous a proposé le service ménage, les draps en option, très agréable d'être ainsi accueilli et avec le sourire ! L'appartement est situé idéalement à 5 minutes de la plage du Veillat, 5 minutes du Vieux Port qui permet ensuite d'aller sur St Tropez en bateau en 1h, 5 minutes des commerces (Intermarché, Monoprix, Utile, 2 marchés, excellente boulangerie près de la Mairie, Restaurants et Mac Do et juste à côté de la gare (idem 5 minutes) ! Il est équipé "comme à la maison" (cafetières filtres et expresso, grille pain, lave linge, lave vaisselle, plaques inductions, four, micro onde, sèche cheveux, tancarville pour le linge...) une terrasse ombragée très agréable sans vis à vis (donne sur la "rivière" et voie de chemin de fer), literie de la chambre confortable (2 lits simples qui peuvent être réunis en double), un canapé convertible pour plus de couchages, rangements, le plus : la clim dans la chambre et dans le séjour, véritable atout. L'appartement est très bien entretenu, très propre, dans un immeuble très récent et très sécurisé (3 portes à codes pour accéder au logement), au calme, parties communes très propres également ainsi que local poubelles, une petite piscine de résidence partagée et même un parking pour ceux qui le souhaitent. Si nous sommes amenés à revenir sur Saint Raphael j'aurais grand plaisir à revenir dans cette location ou l'on se sent vraiment bien. Encore un grand merci à Mme Crépin pour son accueil. Agréable séjour

Très bon séjour de 15 jours dans un appartement très agréable à vivre dans lequel rien ne manque bien exposé avec une belle terrasse. Important pour les personnes qui viennent en train tout se fait à pied gare SNCF ou des cars, commerces, Port Santa Lucia, plage Saint-Raphaël ou Fréjus. Très bon accueil de Madame Billet très agréable ainsi que Madame Crépin. EV

Très bel appartement, idéalement situé

Nous avons passé deux agréables semaines dans l'appartement de Madame Billet. Il est confortable, très propre, sécurisé, très bien situé ( possibilité de tout faire à pied ( courses, plage, gare...), où vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Très bon accueil de la part de Madame Crépin, bref, la location idéale pour 4 personnes. Nous reviendrons et nous recommandons cette location.

Cet appartement est conforme à l'annonce : très bien agencé dans une résidence très sécurisée. Il est idéalement situé proche des commerces, de la gare SNCF, de la gare routière et de la plage. Mme Billet est attentive aux différentes demandes que l'on peut lui faire. L'accueil fait par Mme Crépin est très sympathique.

Top Wohnung für Paare und kleine Familie

Tolle Wohnung, genau wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Der Strand von St. Raphael ist genauso fußläufig zu erreichen wie der von Frejus-Plage, die Lage ist wirklich super. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt, abends kann man wunderbar an der Strandpromenade flanieren. Absolute Empfehlung sowohl für Paare wie auch für Familien.
