Small air-conditioned holiday home of 70 m2 in the residential area of ​​Boulouris, 10 mins walk from the sea and 5 mins walk from the shops, train station and CREPS. Made up of 3 rooms for 4 to 6 people in a residence with private parking. A large south-facing terrace (table, chairs, armchairs, etc.) overlooking a private garden with an open view. Prima huisje, fijne bedden, benodigde voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Airco echt een must in de zomer. Wel goed beschermen tegen de muggen. Barbeque en spabad niet aangetroffen en tijdens ons verblijf werkte wifi nauwelijks

Sejour sympathique. La clim dans les chambres est vraiment appréciable. Suffisamment de matériel pour cuisiner. Mer avec des roches ideal pour le snorkeling a 10 min à pied. Invasion de moustiques sur la terrasse à la nuit tombée (même avec le materiel sur place), pensez à prendre du répulsif.

Zentrale ruhige Lage

Wir konnten trotz Verspätung noch einchecken und haben ein mit allem gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Die Lage ist ruhig, mit Blick auf Gärten, fussläufig zu Geschäften, Stränden und Bahnhof. Eine gut gestaltete Zusammenstellung der Sehenswürdigkeiten und Fahrpläne hat uns bei der Orientierung sehr gut geholfen. Vielen Dank Bertrand!

Maison sympathique

La maison est très bien équipée , belle terrasse et jardinet, le quartier est très calme, il n’y a aucun passage de voiture.Néanmoins, il faut prendre la voiture pour aller se baigner, car les plages accessibles à pied sont très petites, l’entrée dans l’eau est très difficile, le fond glissant, il faut prévoir des chaussures spéciales.

Cette location est parfaite pour une famille de 4 personnes. Taille idéale. Très bien située, dans un endroit calme et tout peut se faire à pied. Plage, resto, courses. Proposition pour avoir un peu moins chaud les nuits, mettre des lampes, ventilateur de plafond. En même temps on cherchait le soleil ☀️ et heureusement on l’a trouvé. Appartement proche de la mer

L’appartement est très spacieux, bien équipé et bénéficie d’un extérieur agréable et sans vis à vis. Il est au calme à quelques minutes du centre de Boulouris et de la plage de la Tortue. Le propriétaire est prévenant et à l’écoute. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.
