Small air-conditioned holiday home of 70 m2 in the residential area of Boulouris, 10 mins walk from the sea and 5 mins walk from the shops, train station and CREPS. Made up of 3 rooms for 4 to 6 people in a residence with private parking. A large south-facing terrace (table, chairs, armchairs, etc.) overlooking a private garden with an open view. An entrance with fitted kitchen (vitro hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher). WC. Large living room with sofa bed (TV, DVD player, micro chain, wifi internet....) Upstairs bathroom with shower and bath (washing machine). Independent WC. A south bedroom with air conditioning. (balcony) equipped with a 160x200 bed. A bedroom to the north with air conditioning. 2 beds of 80 independent or side by side. Household linen not provided. Cleaning to be done at the end of the stay.
Quiet neighborhood located 5 minutes by car from the city center of Saint Raphael and close to the Ile d'Or and Agay. At the foot of the Massif de l'Esterel and its many hiking and biking trails.

SUMMER 2023

Very nice and clean apartment, close to several bays, bakery and local stores. Big leclerc 5 min drive. Perfect for a holiday stay

Sejour sympathique. La clim dans les chambres est vraiment appréciable. Suffisamment de matériel pour cuisiner. Mer avec des roches ideal pour le snorkeling a 10 min à pied. Invasion de moustiques sur la terrasse à la nuit tombée (même avec le materiel sur place), pensez à prendre du répulsif.

Zentrale ruhige Lage

Wir konnten trotz Verspätung noch einchecken und haben ein mit allem gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Die Lage ist ruhig, mit Blick auf Gärten, fussläufig zu Geschäften, Stränden und Bahnhof. Eine gut gestaltete Zusammenstellung der Sehenswürdigkeiten und Fahrpläne hat uns bei der Orientierung sehr gut geholfen. Vielen Dank Bertrand!

Séjour agréable

Une maison plutôt charmante , avec une terrasse sympa , bien ensoleillée l'après -midi. Cette maison est idéalement située, ce qui permet d'éviter l'utilisation de lavoiture. Petit bémol, la proximité du voisinage , on entends les conversations de chacun.
