About this property

Come and enjoy a superb panorama and a relaxing holiday in this charming house of about 70m², completely refurbished and beautifully furnished and equipped in a contemporary style. In a private and secure domain, it is designed to accommodate 6 people in comfort, with a very bright living room and sofa bed, an open kitchen fully equipped, a bedroom overlooking the terrace on the south side with two single beds, and a second bedroom overlooking the terrace on the west side with a double bed 160x200. A superb shower room with Italian shower and light well, a separate toilet. Outside you will enjoy a large terrace facing the sea, with table and chairs for meals, a beautiful relaxation area with sunbeds. Barbecue or plancha available, and in the garden (not enclosed) at the back of the house, an outdoor shower will refresh you during the hottest days of the summer.

At the foot of the domain you can easily access the beaches of Aiguebonne and La Garde Vieille, and the shops are only 3km away in the centre of Boulouris.

Sehr schönes Haus…

Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Lage traumhaft … ein sagenhafter Ausblick. Wünschenswert wäre jedoch SAT TV, ein besseres Internet und ein Wasserkocher. Ein zweiter Sonnenschirm wäre auch wichtig … tagsüber ist der Aufenthalt am Gartentisch ohne Sonnenschirm nicht möglich. Die Baugeräte sollten aus dem Garten entfernt werden. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut, sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
