Location bien placée, quelques améliorations à apporter au niveau de la salle de bain, le propriétaire prévoit des travaux en décembre.Pour le reste rien à dire, beau jardin et espace suffisant pour rentrer les voitures.

La maison est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. A proximité du Port de Santa Lucia de ses commerces et ses restaurants. Quartier au calme, jardin et terrasse agréables, tout y est pour passer de bonnes vacances. Propriétaire très à l'écoute et disponible.

War ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt war sehr sehr schön.Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden.Die Lage war sehr ruhig und perfekt.Auch für Kinder ist es etwas da ein großer Garten vorhanden ist.Für Auto parken ist auch genau das richtige wo 2 Autos hinpassen. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca 8min.immer wieder gerne :)

Schöne Wohnung

Das Haus besteht aus 2 Wohnungen, die gut voneinander getrennt sind (Ober- & Untergeschoss). Ein Check-In vor 16Uhr kostet extra. Ansonsten verlief der Check-In zügig und reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Außerdem ist sie gut ausgestattet und hat einen schönen Garten, der leider Heimat einer Armee von Moskitos war. Ein entspannter Aufenthalt auf der Terasse war dadurch leider schwer möglich. Das ist aber auch das einzig negative, was sich über die Wohnung sagen lässt.

Ich habe versucht, Sie am Tag Ihrer Ankunft telefonisch zu erreichen, um festzustellen, ob alles in Ordnung ist, aber ich konnte Sie nicht erreichen. Sie teilen mir die Höhe der von unserem Concierge erhobenen Kosten mit und wir erstatten Ihnen diese Kosten, sofern Sie von sehr weit her anreisen. In Bezug auf Mücken trat das Problem diesen Sommer in Frankreich in erheblichem Maße auf. Ich warte immer noch auf Ihre Antwortnachricht.

Schöne Unterkunft für schöne Tage

Die Ferienwohnung -in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße nahe dem Hafen gelegen- umfasst das Untergeschoss des Hauses, drei gute Klimaanlagen in den beiden Schlaf- und dem Wohnzimmer. Das Auto parkte auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück. Eine gute Ausgangsbasis zum Erholen, auf der Terrasse speisen und das Leben genießen!
