Renovated through apartment of 60 m2, with sea views and sunny balcony, close to shops , the city center and the sea . On the 2nd floor of the residence, with lift, it has 3 rooms (2 bedrooms + 1 living room with open kitchen), 1 bathroom and 2 balconies. The maximum capacity is 4 people. It has WIFI internet access and a private and secure parking / box on basement of the Residence ( door width 2,45 m ) No Smoking . Pets not allowed ...( after )
A Deposit of 600€ will be requested at the delivery of keys ( uncashed and returned after the inventory of exits ) .

Appartement bien équipé, propre, jolie vue sur le lever du soleil sur la mer. Ptoprietaire reactives. Le balcon est bruyant avec la route passante en dessous mais les chambres sont au calme. Situation proche du centre, nous avons tout fait a pied ou bus /train. Un plus serait un 2e badge et cle.Beau sejour!

Vacanza a Beaulieu

Cittadina curata e ben organizzata per accogliere i turisti in vacanza. Poca conoscenza del mestiere da parte di chi affitta, box auto troppo piccolo per un audì A6, per non ammaccare la carrozzeria contro la parete in cemento uscivo dal finestrino dell’auto, ingestibile.

2/5 QUELLE MAUVAISE FOI ! Je suis vraiment désolée que Ricardo soit "resté bloqué" sur le sujet du parking alors que les dimensions sont sur le site et que nous avions échangé à ce propos . En attendant , cette famille a bien "profité" de l'appartement , rendu sale et en désordre !! Pour info , cela fait 11 ans que nous proposons notre bien à la location saisonnière sur différents sites, et ce n'est pas ce 163 ième vacancier qui suffira à changer notre évaluation de SUPER HÔTE !

Super séjour toujours trop court !!!

Appartement conforme à l’annonce, propre, vaste et bien placé, proche plages, commerces, restos, trains et bus bien pratiquent pour visiter la région. La voiture est restée dans le box. Nous avons passés d’excellentes vacances, à refaire dès que possible.

Well equipped, excellent positioning (15 mins) walk from beaches and main shops. Very clean.

The flat was excellent, we have 2 children aged 4 & 7 and managed easily in this flat. I enjoy cooking and found most of the equipment was supplied. The kitchen itself was very new and although the induction hob took a bit of getting used to there were instructions provided (although all in French). This is our 4 th time in Beaulieu and we continue to find new restaurants and things to do. Very easy to get into nice via bus or train. The main suggestion to improve would be to have Wi-fi, however it is possible to buy a subscription through one of the local providers for relatively good value, although the signal can be variable. Overall I would thoroughly recommend, the check in and out was also excellent and very flexible.

Séjour agréable dans un appartement bien aménagé à 10 minutes des commerces..

Ce séjour de 2 semaines nous a permis de faire de nombreuses promenades sur la presqu'île du Cap Ferrat, à Villefranche et jusqu'au Cap Martin en bus très fréquents. L'aménagement de l'appartement est moderne et très complet pour la cuisine et la salle de douche. Une amélioration du confort du canapé serait appréciée. L' immeuble est bien tenu et propre et le correspondant sur place très serviable et attentionné.

Very disappointing.

Exceptionally poor service from the manager and owner, resulted in us having to pay a substantial sum unnecessarily and losing half a day until someone turned up to resolve problems caused by manager. Balcony overlooks noisy, busy main road. Not suitable for sitting out on. Rear balcony looks onto a row of garages. Bathroom very cramped. Sofa and chairs uncomfortable. Mattress cover not recently been washed. Very disappointing.

Quelle mauvaise foi ! Le problème soit-disant "causé par le propriétaire" dont il est question , est que les locataires ont laissé tomber le trousseau de clés dans la cage d'ascenseur. Aussitôt prévenu, nous avons fait le nécessaire auprès de la Société d'Ascenseur qui a dépanné dans l'heure et évidemment facturé 75€ ...aux locataires. Il faut bien assumer ses erreurs ! La mauvaise foi qui s'en suit dans les commentaires est étonnante alors qu'aucun problème n'a été soulevé ni pendant le séjour ni même au moment du départ . Nous sommes réellement désolés si le confort de l'appartement n'est pas adapté à l'accueil de personnes semblant avoir des problèmes moteurs, mais l'annonce et les photos sur le site ne laissent place à aucune surprise . Heureusement, notre location saisonnière ravit un très grand nombre de personnes depuis maintenant 5 ans :) !
