Nous avons apprécié le calme et la situation géographique du logement pour visiter les alentours de Cambo las Bains. La piscine, par ces temps de canicule est tré agréable.Les Hôtes sont attentionnés et disponibles, nous les remercions.Petite amélioration sur le lave vaisselle qui fait beaucoup de bruit et un soucis d'évacuation dans la salle de bain. Sinon, tout était bien, la taille du logement ainsi que l'équipement. Le logement est climatisé. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Au début, tout se passait bien. Ça sentait mauvais dans la salle de bains; les appareils électroménagers étaient bruyants ; des frelons nous empêchaient de dîner sur la terrasse mais on faisait avec. Le jeudi, tout s’est gâté : on a laissé notre cocker seul à la maison pour aller voir les internationaux de Cesta Punta et on a reçu un appel de la proprio qui nous a indiqué que notre chien pleurait , qu’on devait venir le récupérer. Elle nous a reproché de ne pas l’avoir laissé dans la voiture : il allait déranger ses hôtes. Je voudrais quand même préciser que l’annonce indiquait qu’il s’agissait d’une maison entière. On recherchait justement une maison pour que notre chien ne dérange personne. On était loin de se douter qu’on aurait des voisins. Ensuite, l’annonce indiquait que les chiens étaient autorisés jusqu’à 10 kg. Notre cocker en fait 13 mais je ne pense pas que ça fasse une différence. Ce soir-là, on est donc rentrés plus tôt que prévu. On a croisé nos voisins du dessous. On leur a demandé si notre chien les avait dérangés. Ils nous ont dit que non. Le samedi, quand je suis allée rendre la clé, Catherine m’a demandé si j’avais fait le ménage. Stupéfaction : quelques jours avant, je leur avais demandé si le ménage était compris et elle et son mari m’avaient répondu que oui. Elle a enchaîné en me disant que les draps n’étaient pas compris eux non plus. J’ai relu l’annonce. Il n’est pas précisé que les draps ne sont pas compris. On est très déçus par notre séjour.

A notre tour de préciser les éléments que vous soulignez dans votre avis: la salle de bains : elle était d'une propreté impeccable ,d'ailleurs lors de votre prise de possession vous n'avez fait aucune remarque.(en 12 ans de location nous n'avons jamais eu une seule observation ) les appareils électroménagers : !!!!!! c'est un gag !!!! le réfrigérateur est dans un local fermé : aucun bruit , la machine à laver est neuve , 2ans de vie !!!! le lave vaisselle fait le bruit d'un lave vaisselle !!!!!!!!!!! les frelons , à votre arrivée nous vous avons informés qu'étant en pleine campagne , à la nuit nous avions la présence de frelons; pas la journée !!!!! Le chien: à aucun moment lors de votre engagement de location vous n'avez indiqué la présence d'un chien, vous en avez même convenu à votre arrivée. Le problème est que vous êtes partis une journée en laissant votre animal dans le gîte et que ce dernier a pleuré (parfois à la mort) durant votre absence au grand dam des hôtes de chambre d'hôtes. la localisation du gîte est stipulée dans l'annonce , de même en gîte , contrairement aux chambres d'hôtes , les draps , linge de toilette, ne sont pas fournis. Quant au ménage , on rend un logement dans l'état ou on l'a trouvé. vous nous avez attribué 2étoiles , on sera quitte , à notre tour de vous évaluer à 2 étoiles. bien à vous !!!

Parfait !

Un gîte à la campagne dans un cadre magnifique, idéal pour visiter les villages basques et proche des plages. Très fonctionnel et confortable. On s'y sent très bien et les propriétaires sont charmants. Une adresse précieuse à garder !

Vacances en famille

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. L'appartement est spacieux et fonctionnel et la terrasse offre une très belle vue sur la nature alentour. La piscine est super avec plein de jeux à disposition pour les enfants. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir!

Très beau gîte avec une magnifique vue. Tout est bien agencé. Il ne manque rien. L’accès grâce à Waze est facile à trouver. Une adresse que nous conservons pour une prochaine visite.

Envie de découvrir le pays Basque, n'hésitez pas! Le gîte est idéalement situé, pour découvrir Bayonne, Biarritz, St jean de Luz, et juste à côté d'Espelette . Nous y avons séjourné en famille, et nous avons passé un excellent long week-end ! Tout est parfaitement propre et le gîte est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien ! Tout le pays basqueà portée de vue

Séjour très agréable avec une vue magnifique sur une vaste étendue du pays basque. Propriétaire présents mais discrets , location bien équipée et agréable a vivre , piscine revitalisante au retour de balade: bref tout ici est présent pour passer un bon séjour dans le beau pays basque

Nous avons passé un super week-end de 3 jours, l'endroit et la propriété sont Top, et calme avec la terrasse vu sur les montagnes Basque, nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires.
