VILLA 8 PEOPLE WITH POOL.

Located on the hillside, facing the Domaine du Golf de Sainte-Maxime, this beautiful recent villa has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It is located in a very quiet residential area a few minutes from the Nartelle Beach. Access to the city center is achieved in a few minutes by car without the risk of traffic jams.

On the ground floor a large, well-equipped living room opens onto the covered terrace and the swimming pool. It offers a beautiful view of the hill. The well-equipped American kitchen takes place near the dining area. Still on the same level, the master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room and an independent toilet. A second bedroom has direct access to the outside.

Upstairs, two other bedrooms with beautiful open views, have a shower room with toilet.

TV in each room.

Outside, the large covered terrace shelters a beautiful table with chairs for meals as well as a gas griddle barbecue. The swimming pool takes place in front of the villa and enjoys good sunshine throughout the day. The terraces all around the swimming pool are well furnished with garden furniture and breakfast areas under the parasols. The garden is decorated with many southern flowers and shrubs.

You can fully relax in this beautiful new villa with very complete and quality equipment. Access to the beaches and the main sites of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez is done in a few minutes.

Fantastic accommodation really well presented and spacious. Unfortunately the pool is too cold in October, but that's a weather related rather than anything associated too the accommodation. Check in was very straight forward which was convenient as our travel plans created a considerable delay in picking the keys up.

Fantastic Villa, excellent location and views. Nice and peaceful. We had a few minor issues during the stay - the fridge/freezer broke, loss of hot water on the last day and some issues with the pool turning green. But the host was extremely responsive and proactive in helping to resolve any issues. We would definitely recommend the villa and host. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful holiday week at Marevalande. The house was absolutely amazing and perfectly suited to the wishes of our family of five! The pool area was spacious enough, with plenty of spots for lounging and sunbathing. The grill also worked perfectly. The views from the house were incredibly beautiful, and we got to enjoy stunning sunsets. We can definitely and warmly recommend this place!Katariina & Mika

Fantastic Villa & Location, exactly as described. Beautiful views, fantastic Pool and outside areas. Perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Close to great beach & Restaurants at La Nartelle, would highly recommend Barco Beach for a meal. Small drive or 30 min walk into St Maxime, which is just stunning. Nice vibe, relaxed and some lovely restaurants & shopping. Only feedback would be the Villa was not greatly clean on arrival, especially the outside tiled floor area, but we quickly resolved this and mopped the floor.

Villa with fantastic view

We can really recommend this villa! The pool so close to the villa, the marvellous view! No disturbing neighbors.We were really on our own. We are very satisfied!The house is not suitable for a family with small children as the surface around the pool is very uneven and the steps into the pool are steep.We were in contact with Regis a few times and he was very helpful.

A lovely spot to explore the area. The pool and sitting areas are first class. Thank goodness for the ait con in the bedroom as us Scots are not acclimatised to the heat.

Most beautiful place we ever stayed

This house is amazing. Beautiful designed, stunning interior, great beds and a fantastic equipped kitchen. The outside pool area is sonlbsoaces, has great design features and many different spaces to relax. Sainte Maxime is in a 30 minutes walking distance and a beautiful beach 20 minutes by foot. We certainly live to be back. P

My family and I had a wonderful time at La Nartelle. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The new kitchen is very nice. We were there a little early to take advantage of the pool but it was very clean as well. The back yard is inviting and has a beautiful view. We felt very safe and taken care of. The managers were lovely and available to help with any questions. We hope to come back soon! Thank you

The property was very nice. All your needs catered for. Only issue was bedding was paid for but beds not made up. Access to the property would not suit all people. Sat nav struggled when returning to the property. Otherwise a good holiday.

Beautiful area, peaceful - close to beaches, lovely pool

We really enjoyed our stay - the terrace and pool area is excellent and very safe for children. The beaches at La Nartelle are just a few minutes drive, Sainte Maxime centre is around 7 minutes. The house is very well equipped and it is nicely presented and clean, we felt relaxed and very much at home. The photos of the house are accurate. Jeff at the letting agency is efficient, helpful and kind. We had a couple of problems beyond our control requiring urgent assistance and he dealt with them immediately and kept in touch to be sure things had been resolved satisfactorily with the technicians he organised. This was reassuring. Thank you to the owner and Jeff.

It was all as in the description. A few small things would have to be repaired (e.g. terrace railings or the radiant heaters). Otherwise, however, a great house. Unfortunately, we were unlucky that it was very windy on the first two days and a lot of the trees on the terrace flew around. And first of all: You need a car.... We would certainly like to come back

fabulous

this is a home. very loved and very well equipped. the views and the outside area is wonderful. walking into st maxime is some distance and it's steep walking back, but the location is very quiet and peaceful. the pool is fantastic, the barbecue the eating area the lighting at night and everything you can think of is on hand. the owner Regis is absolutely lovely,very kind and caring. The concierge services are very good and the pool cleaners who come twice a week are also very good. quick and discreet. Only thing that spoilt the holiday was the check out man He was very rude and horrible for no reason. made me feel like a criminal which was not very nice when i cleaned the villa spotlessly before leaving. quite an aggressive man who clearly doesn't like his job or maybe foreigners. other than that PERFECT lovely home and holiday. thank you

Het verblijf was bijna perfect, mooie ruime villa, zeer mooi uitzicht, dichtbij het strand, perfecte zwembad. Het enige jammere vonden wij dat er geen airco was in de woonkamer en dat wij onze auto's niet binnen het hek konden parkeren (te steil).

C'était parfait nous avons eu énormément de plaisir, les 2 petits bémols sont : l'arrivée pour parquer les voitures est un peu compliquée, il faut se parquer en marche arrière afin de sortir plus facilement et, les escaliers pour monter à l'étage un peu raides et les marches sont hautes et pas de rampe pour se tenir, mais la maison est très bien aménagée et de bonne qualité. La piscine avait une bonne température et de bonne taille pour le nombre que nous étions, tout l'aménagement est super.

Tolles Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Totz schlechtem Wetter hatten wir in dem Haus eine sehr angenehme Zeit. Durch die tolle Glasfront und die überdachte Grillstelle haben wir uns trotzdem "wie draußen" gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war vorbildlich, es gab einen Wasserschaden an der Außenbeleuchtung und es wurde eine Lösung organisiert und wir wurden immer auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Die Vermietungsagentur hat sich auch sehr nett gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbare Woche mit traumhafter Kulisse

Superschönes Haus mit toller Terrasse, riesen Lounge, wunderbarer Aussicht. Alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Wir genossen die Zeit sehr. Auch die Nähe zum Meer und Supermarkt sowie Restaurants und Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Etwas verwirrend war der Zusammenhang mit der Agentur, da dies nicht von Anfang an klar ersichtlich war. Die gemietete Bett- und Frotteewäsche hatte diverse unschöne Flecken, vielleicht besser von weiss auf anthrazit wechseln. Leider störend war der Gestank aus dem oberen Dusch-Abfluss, der die ganze obere Etage betraf. Dort wäre wohl eine Grundreinigung der Abflussrohre notwendig. Ansonsten alles top!

Sehr schönes Haus oberhalb St Maxime

Nachdem wir den Berg mit seinen kleinen Strassen erklommen haben, eröffnet sich ein wunderschönes Haus mit Aussicht auf drn gegenüberliegenden Berg mit Golfplatz. Sehr gut eingerichtet mit allem, was das Herz begehrt, geschmackvoll, ruhig und viele Relaxmöglichkeiten. Etwas Abzüge für verstopfte riechende Abflüsse, dreckiges Geschirr in den Schränken und unbrauchbare Küchengeräte. Nichts, was in der Hand der Agentur oder Eigentümer liegt, sondern an den Vormietern, die es so hinterlassen haben, was schade für so ein tolles Objekt ist…. gute Einweisung durch eine nette Betreuung in der Agentur, wäre auch immer erreichbar gewesen, klasse!

Verblijf met vrienden

Leuke villa, smaakvol ingericht en mooie kunstvoorwerpen. Wat niet leuk was is het volgende: We merken dat er bewakingscamera's waren. Deze aan de voorkant van het huis waren niet storend. De camera's gericht op het terras (eettafel), lounge (zithoek) en het zwembad waren storend en schonden onze privacy. Dit was nergens vermeld bij de beschrijving van de villa. Tip: vermeld dit in de beschrijving.
