Logement bien situé au calme

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à La Baule ! Le logement, très bien situé à proximité de la mer et des commerces, nous a permis de tout faire à pied ou à vélo, ce qui est très appréciable. Il est parfaitement agencé, d'une propreté irréprochable, et situé dans un quartier particulièrement calme – idéal pour se reposer. Un grand merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux. Nous repartons ravis et reposés

Séjour printanier à la Baule-Escoublac

La propriétaire est très accueillante et nous a offert un coffret de fleur de sel de Guérande. Le gite est confortable, bien équipé avec un beau petit jardin fleuri et il est situé dans un quartier calme et reposant à 10 mn à pieds de la plage. Nous avons passé un bien agréable séjour et recommandons cette location pour découvrir le site de la baie de la Baule et de ses environs. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir, et nos animaux aussi.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour d'une semaine chez Madame Berthier. La maison est très bien entretenue et au calme bien que proche de la plage. Séjour très agréable pendant 15 jours dans un environnement très calme et boisé près de la mer et de l'Avenue Lajarrige. La maison est très fonctionnelle et très propre. Il y a beaucoup de vaisselle et une bonne batterie de cuisine grâce à laquelle nous pouvons cuisiner tous les nombreux et excellents produits de la mer. Toutes les machines marchent très bien et il y a un excellent four. Notre Hôtesse est toujours prête à nous donner tous les renseignements souhaités avec une grande amabilité. Rien à redire

Accueil très agréable et présence très discrète de Mme Berthier. Rien ne manque dans cette location remarquablement bien équipée. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie parfaite. Le wifi et la télé sont un plus les jours de pluie...dommage qu'il manque quelques m2 à la pièce de séjour, vite oubliés dès que le soleil est là, et qu'on peut profiter de la terrasse.

Hello. Forgot to add some more information. As well as being a few minutes from the beach the accomodation is 2 mins from a lovely park with a playground for young children. This was a nice alternative to the beach. Also we enjoyed eating breakfast (toast with great variety of condiments) reasonably priced and lunch on the beach in the closest beach hut. For dinner we found a nice reasonably priced laid back restaurant in Pornichet near St Margarete.

I would recommend this property as it is cosy, well equipped and quiet and in the perfect location for exploring La Baule and Pornichet and is reasonably priced. We all slept well there. The owner who lives next door was friendly and welcoming and keen to ensure our stay was a success. Because we have very young children and live in a bungalow at home, I briefly considered buying a stairgate. The owner said that would be fine and in fact wanted to buy it herself. The owner has now installed a stairgate as an extra safety feature for future rentals to families with young children. The only downside is that Internet access can be a bit intermittent downstairs though works well in one upstairs bedroom. If you want to use the Internet a lot or to work this is probably not the best place for you. Otherwise a great stay, thank you very much.

Depuis 6 ans nous venons régulièrement chez Madame Berthier à La Baule. Nous apprécions son accueil charmant et sa discrétion. Nous avons l'impression de nous retrouver "comme à la maison". La literie est parfaite, tout le confort avec machines à laver le linge, la vaisselle, verrerie etc... Cette maison bien équipée jointe à l'emplacement près de la mer et des commerces au milieu de la nature est très reposante. Nous revenons et nous reviendrons! Marie France Paris 7ème

Une bonne adresse

L'accueil de la propriétaire est charmant et sa présence à proximité demeure discrète. La maison est agréable, bien équipée, très propre et fonctionnelle. Notamment le chauffage performant a été apprécié à cette époque. La seule petite réserve concerne le Wifi défaillant et le téléviseur ancien et trop petit. Le quartier est calme et résidentiel à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Une bonne adresse.

Séjour de rêve...

Magnifique séjour passé dans cette jolie villa au jardin fleuri. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Côté repos, le calme de la campagne dans les arbres deux fois centenaires de la Baule les Pins, où on peut admirer le va et vient des ecureuils ainsi que le concert des oiseaux. Qualité irréprochable de la lieterie et rien ne manque en vaisselle. Enfin la mer à 5mn à pieds ainsi que les commerces. Nous conseillons cette location à tout ceux qui ont besoin d'un grand bol d'air.

Extrêmement bien reçu dans cette petite maison aux belles prestations, très fonctionnelle, séjour et terrasse plein sud, cadre verdoyant et fleuri, quartier très calme et reposant... Proximité de tout : plage, commerces, parc... La propriétaire est très discrète mais soucieuse du bien être des occupants de la location. Très bon confort, literies propres et de qualité; jardin clos.
