Fully equipped 2 bedroom + 2 baths + leather sofa bed + full kitchen and outdoor dining for 6 people plus 2 patio lounge chairs
Located in safe 24 hour gated community with all new in ground community pool area and lots of parking. From here you can walk to all restaurants and one block to the Ocean.
Ideal for one or two couples who prefer to access all local amenities by walking but don't want to pay extra for an ocean view.
Property has a shaded front porch area for relaxing and parking is always close by if you do have a car.

Great Property in Jaco

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was located near everything we needed (walking distance) and was clean. The pools were wonderful after a hot day out. Will definitely stay there again.

Nice clean secure place.

Place was very clean and security was good. Barry was awesome and helped with anything asked about in a very quick a friendly manner. Awesome spot for a great price.

We strive to provide as close to a 5 star stay as possible. We offer all soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, plus all the pots and pans you need in order to cook. Also we have toaster, microwave, blender (for smoothies), coffee maker and all you need. Of course full AC, digital entry lock, 2 electronic safes, free Netflix and cable TV as well.

Why they chose this property

Rated as the best and biggest 2 bedroom with 2 bath condo in this project.

I have a digital entry lock system so you don't need magnetic key cards or keys to lug around. It works with or without wifi or electricity. All codes are unique to the travellor and do not repeat. Access for cleaning staff is only 8-5 daily (if requested).

Close to the beach and all the facilities in Jaco.

What makes this property unique

3 smart TV's with free Netflix, free WiFi, cable TV, one safe for personal items in each bedroom closet area, soaps, shampoo and conditioners provided as well as paper towels, dishwashing detergent and clothes detergents. Actually coffee is usually provided as well for all guests. Most cooking basic utensils are here as well as cutlery etc. Great for long term stays as the AC systems are high efficiency and run about 220 per month additional for long term stays.
