A short drive to Mt Bohemia and Copper Harbor. Cozy and comfortable, this little house has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the Keweenaw. Whether exploring the peninsula or relaxing at this "home away from home". Satellite TV in both the bedroom and the living room. Fast Wi-Fi. Fresh towels and bedding. Great Stay

The Little Brown House was exactly what we needed. We came up to pick up our son from Michigan Tech. I was very appreciative of the recliners because I have a medical condition in my lower back that causes pain when I have to sit up straight. Having a recliner allows me to be comfortable. The property was very well maintained and clean. My only complaint, and I realize it is just me, is the bed was way to firm for me, just a persal preference. Also, having Slim's cafe across the street was a pleasant bonus.

Fantastic little gem in my favorite neck of the woods!

This place had everything we needed to get by for our 4 night stay. Very clean space and well decorated. I'm sure we will be back soon.

XcSki & Dance

We planned to ski at the Swedetown Nordic Center and attend a Dance Performance at the Michigan Tech University. Lodging in the area was spares as there was also a major University Hockey event.The Mohawk location was convenient to skiing and not that far from the University. Slims restaurant across the street was great for Breakfast!The only negative was a slight odor in the house.

My husband and I are excited to welcome you to the UP! We love living here in beautiful Keweenaw Peninsula, where we spend our time swimming and berry picking in the summer and snowmobiling and snowshoeing in the winter.
