This stunning newly renovated Gulf view vacation rental condo in Maravilla 2310 is located directly across from the beach. Located on the third floor this two bedroom condo offers amazing unobstructed Gulf views all the way down the beach. Renovations include new tiled flooring, new appliances, and entirely renovated bathrooms.

Upon entering this vacation rental condo you will find a newly renovated kitchen fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare a home cooked meal and features brand new stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee machine. The dining area and breakfast bar can seat up to 8 comfortably. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with beautiful views of the Gulf that the Emerald Coast has to offer and if you're needing to do a little bit of laundry while on vacation don't fret, there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The living room offers beautiful views of the Gulf, an HD flat-screen TV, queen size sleeper sofa, and its very own private balcony overlooking the pool area.

This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps a total of 8. The master king suite has an HDTV, access to the balcony, and beautiful views of the Gulf. The master king suite has its own private bath. The second bedroom has a full over full bunk bed with an HDTV. A full bath can be found just across the hall. Book your Destin vacation rental today, before it's too late!

*Please note that the owner has the thermostat set to a minimum of 72 degrees fahrenheit during the evening and 75 during the day.

Maravilla is a 33-acre beach front community with 500 feet of deeded beach access. The community has gated access from US 98 and Scenic Gulf Drive. Other community features are two pools (one heated seasonally), hot tub, clubhouse with kitchen and community room, fitness room, association management on site, two tennis courts, Basketball, shuffleboard, and direct beach access to the beach and gulf. Maravilla is perfectly located to the best shopping, dining, and entertaining on the Emerald Coast.
*Please note Maravilla's HOA does not allow: Boats, RVs, campers, wave runners, trailers, semi-tractors, rental golf carts, buses, 2-3 wheel scooters, mopeds, e-scooters, or e-skateboards.

Great stay with an amazing view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was furnished with everything we needed. Could use a few more pods for dishwasher but we washed by hand when we had to. Floor mopping could be better prior to guests arriving. Had to wipe up a water spill in kitchen shortly after arriving and the paper towel was obviously dirty... didn't want to go barefoot after that. Other than that, the place was great. Beds were very comfortable... sofa bed was not. The view was awesome! So nice to be so close to the beach! Property management staff are top-notch!
