Perfect house on a quiet lake. Short drive to Lake Michigan and other activities nearby. Very peaceful and relaxing. House had everything we needed for our stay. communication with hosts was always easy and quick responses.

Beautiful quiet lake! We had a great time with our teen kids and dogs for our 23rd wedding anniversary The house was spacious and the screened in garage w TV and game room was fantastic! We woke up to a full view of the lake from the main bedroom. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kayaks and the pontoon boat were the best part! Fishing from the boat and watching the sunsets every dayHighly recommend!!!!!!!

If you're looking to unplug and slow down for a bit, this pet and kid friendly house is the perfect spot. The house is super clean and has everything you need to relax and have fun, including games, a pool table, kayaks, a fire pit, and a pontoon boat. The kitchen is stocked, and has two full-size refrigerators, it's easy to cook meals and stay in when you don't feel like going out.The hosts were incredibly friendly and quick to respond whenever we had questions. They even took the time to walk us through how to use the pontoon, which made getting out on the water easy and stress-free. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

This spacious lake home fit our needs well. The inside is well cared for and modern with plenty of room to gather or spread out. We made good use of the second fridge and found the screened in garage/game room handy especially when it rained. More shelving and hooks in the bathrooms are needed (those might be a work in progress), and the outside of the home, dock and floor of the pontoon need some TLC. We were disappointed to learn the pontoon had no ladder, and the beach area was very limited, we couldn't swim as we'd hoped. We were skunked fishing, but we did enjoy the peaceful setting and lake side bonfire area - despite having to cross a road and walk a bit to access it. A wagon in the garage for guest use would be a nice touch to save trips. Our group of 6 aging adults and a fur baby were comfortable and did enjoy our stay overall.

Nice place to relax

Great House!

The house was so clean, comfortable, and the pontoon boat was an added bonus. The fire pit was also an excellent addition. The garage with the extra refrigerator was great for larger groups to store all our excess food and drinks. Definitely would recommend this rental house and we will definitely be coming back to Jarvis Lake.

Guys weekend

Had a great time with my brother and our two adult nephews. Place was as described and had lots of fun things to do. Pontoon was awesome, the garage turned into a man cave/game room was where we spent most of our time. Would absolutely stay again!

This is our second stay. We love this place. Well kept and clean. Beautiful quiet spot on a small lake. Plenty of space for kids to run and play. Hosts are kind and have good communication. Pontoon boat and kayaks are a great addition. We hope to be back again next year.

Great stay!

This was our second time staying at this house and it was great. Only thing worth mentioning is the pontoon boat pictured is different from the pontoon boat on site. But all in all, access to the boat was our favorite part of the trip. The kids enjoyed the boat and the swimmable lake.

Peaceful, Quiet & Oh So Relaxing

This is such a great location for a relaxing, get-away-from-it -all trip! The lake is small (electric motors only) & so quiet & tranquil to float around on. The fishing was great, nephew caught a few blue gill (& a baby bass that he threw back) enough to make a meal! Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, nice appliances. The owners are the BEST! William & Jenny are so easy to work with, and were quick to respond & attentive of our needs.

Family vacation

Everything was very nice. Garage set up was perfect for all the kiddos ages 5 to 17. They loved it. The pontoon boat was a lot of fun to go out on. Everyone loved swimming off of it and fishing. Plus the kayaks were a huge hit. We grilled out every night as well. Large lot and fire pit was also nice for the kiddos.
