Our house has a beautiful view of the sea and you can see the beach just steps from the house.
Part of a village and has everything to stay put and relax completely. The house and your service. The house is located in a protected area.
Being on an island, water is used only for the washing and cooking. The house has a double bedroom, a mezzanine for 2 and a sofa bed
The Costa Serena Residence offers large spaces: the summer crowds will be just a bad memory!
Paths starting from the Costa Smeralda to the beaches and coves with clear water, through the bush or small paths offering enchanting panoramas: so many choices for the lovers of hiking.
In spring, the flowers and scents of nature give the landscape a new face: myrtle, white and pink rockrose, mastic, strawberry tree and landier color the headland to the sea Located a few kilometers from Palau, Porto Rafael, Santa. Teresa di Gallura and the Costa Smeralda and directly opposite the archipelago of La Maddalena. A few kilometers away are the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia's most famous and 2 steps from the house there is a marina where you can rent a boat at a good price and visit Sardinia otherwise.
