Barneville-Carteret, 400 meters from the beach, rents a beautiful holiday home on an enclosed plot of 1,000m2 with direct access to Le Havre de Carteret. Possibility to moor a boat on request.

The house has a large living room (TV-wifi corner), dining room. A fully equipped fitted kitchen (microwave, dishwasher) open to the living room.
Separate toilet and bathroom (shower) on the ground floor.

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with a 140 bed in each of them, breathtaking view of the port of Carteret. A second bathroom (bath, Wc) is available upstairs.

A washing machine is available in the house as well as a barbecue.
Cot and highchair possible on request.
Rental of household linen if necessary.
Possibility to benefit from the cleaning service for an additional € 60.

Sehr gute Lage, nette Vermieter,gut renoviertes Haus

Das modernisierte Gebäude liegt in Strandnähe und man kann sternenfahrtmäßig doch sehr viel unternehmen, Radfahren, Schwimmen, Wandern. Gezeiten beobachten usw. Leider bringt die Einrichtung einen erheblichen Abzug für das Ferienhaus. Gartenmöbel sind kaum nutzbar(einfachste Ausführung)auch die Terrasse müsste gerichtet werden. Ebenfalls die Stühle im Esszimmerbereich. Fast alle sind uralt, gerissen und instabil, nichts zum gemütlichen Sitzen beim Essen. Das OG ist für große Menschen ab 170cm wegen der schrägen Decken/Wände mit Vorsicht zu genießen. Im OG gibt es lediglich zwei Kommoden, ein alter muffiger Schrank steht im Esszimmer...aber auch in die Jahre gekommen. Hier hat man leider am falschen Fleck gespart...Schade!

QUE DU BONHEUR!!!

Véritable havre de paix niché au bord du Havre de Barneville. Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût, fonctionnelle grâce à un équipement complet, très propre, à deux pas de la plage et proche de tous commerce. Amoureux du jogging sur la plage et de belles randonnées pédestres y trouveront leur compte. Je conseille les sentiers de la Hague avec un point de vue magnifique sur les falaises et le mer. Petite pensée pour notre guide personnelle. Séjour à renouveler au plus vite. Lydie L. et toute la famille

Véritable havre de paix au bord de la mer!! Maison très agréable très bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Séjour reposant au calme à deux pas de la plage, proche de tous commerces. Très tristes de devoir quitter ce paradis ensoleillé. A refaire de toute urgence!!! La famille LACHERE

Excellente prestation

Très jolie petite maison au pied du havre de barneville-carteret. Très bon rapport qualité prix nous avons 3 enfants en bas age et cette maison correspond très bien à cette situation avec le jardin clos et les 3 belles chambres. La cuisine est très complète autant en électro ménagé qu'en ustensiles. Nous avons même eu un mouillage pour notre bateau au pied du jardin. Conclusion : excellent séjour, difficile de pouvoir faire mieux. Mr MARGUERITE

Belle maison renovée pour un sejour à la mer

Nous avons passé un we entre amis excellent. La maison est entièrement rénovée, Bonne literie, belle déco contemporaine avec des objets chinés par les propriétaires. Belle cuisine et pièce a vivre, un jardin avec un escalier typique du coin pour descendre sur la baie et a 2 pas d'une balade sur la plage très vivifiante! Bref le Paradis Normand
