Darts game (professional target). 10 bicycles, baby bike seats, stroller, fishing service, beach games. 4 Bodyboards. Garden: 2 garden furniture, 5 deckchairs, 4 sun loungers. 2 TV: 1 Smart TV 4K 126 cm and 1 LED HD 102 cm. Internet fibre, WIFI Internet. DVDs, more than 100 books. Lots of board games. Real hydromassage shower for 2 people 1m x 1m.
Dogs and cats are welcome.

In a listed seaside resort, 5 minutes walk from the beach, property (9 people) of great comfort with large garden and many services. THE SERVICE HOUSE: The house is completely independent. The owner does not live on site. The house offers many services included in the rental price.

For example, all beds are made upon your arrival (duvets). Linen and towels (2 per person) are provided.

Your stay is simple. At the entrance, you have everything: hygiene, kitchen, from baking paper to dishwasher products, everything is provided. Television: international channels.

4. BABY SERVICE
2 baby beds and sets, a baby monitor, a baby bath, changing mat, two high chairs, two baby bike carriers.

5. PET SERVICE

RESERVATION - To book: 25% deposit.
The tourist tax (5.5% of the rental amount) is payable to the owner.
CANCELLATION - In case of cancellation, the deposit is not refunded.

We offer PROMOTIONAL RATES for small groups. If the group is larger, for each additional person, you must add €98 extra for the week for each additional person (regardless of the actual length of the person's presence).

WELCOME GUIDE. ENTRY AND EXIT TIMES.

The house is independent. The owner does not live nearby. Check-ins are on Saturdays at 5 p.m., check-outs at 10 a.m. The keys are handed over on site. If the house is ready before 5 p.m., you will receive a text message with the code for a key box on the day of your check-in, at the time the house is ready. The entry code is never sent before the house is ready. Check-in can also be done after 5 p.m. with the key box. If you want other times, please ask. Check-outs cannot be done after 10 a.m. On request, an early check-out is possible.
For any questions, contact the host by phone or text message with the phone number on the contract, on the website after booking, and which is displayed in the rental.
The house is located in Barneville plage at the address on the contract. Directions. By car, from Caen take the RN13, exit D902 Valognes Bricquebec Barneville. By train, the nearest station is in Valognes. By plane, the nearest airports are in Carpiquet (near Caen) or Maupertus (near Cherbourg).
On the property, you can park 3 cars. The equipment instructions are in the kitchen drawer, under the oven. The Wifi code is next to the Internet box.

All rental conditions are included in the specimen contract visible at the time of booking.

TO BOOK:
1. Online booking (25% deposit) and message from the tenant to the owner with the following information:
- The composition of your family or group (adults/children/babies). Please specify the ages.
- Your postal address
- A mobile phone number
- Specify if you want the cleaning option (+120€)
- Indicate which animals are accompanying you.
2. Sending by the owner of the personalized contract by e-mail.
3. Sending by the tenant of the reservation contract (by post or scanned contract by email).
4. Confirmation of reservation by the owner (postal mail).
5. One month before the stay: balance, holiday insurance certificate, and payment for the cleaning option to be sent directly to the owner.

The security deposit is €1,500 (amount of the coverage insured by your credit card via the Abritel, VRBO, Expedia, Homeway, Fewo direkt, etc. sites).

Current charges are included in the price. Please note: 100 Kwh / week of electricity and 4 m3 / week of water, 90 liters of wood / week (which corresponds to 1/4 of one of the two reserves next to the fireplace). Additional consumption will be billed. Prices October 2025: (wood €24 / 90 liters); electricity € 0.1952 / kWh; water €5 / m3). The EDF and water rates applied will be those in effect at the time of rental. The current charges included cover the usual consumption (excluding heating) of a group. However, you must allow for the possibility of a supplement in the event of additional consumption or of course for heating (electricity and / or wood) depending on the seasons and the habits of each person.

It is not possible to rent incomplete weeks at a rate pro rata to the number of days. Any week started is due.

End-of-stay cleaning (+ €120) is an option and not an obligation.
Cleaning option: If you do not take it, you must return the house in the exact condition in which you found it (clean and tidy). If you take it, you do not have to clean at the end of your stay. This option only covers the final cleaning, not the cleaning of the entire duration or the tidying up.
