T4 beautiful apartment of 63 m2 for 6 to 8 people. 3 bedrooms. Sauna. View of the valley. Small balcony. Elevator. Surrounded by the slopes of the ski resort of Puy Saint Vincent, the apartment is in the new residence Le Parc aux Etoiles. The apartment is decorated in typical mountain style. On site, guests can enjoy an outdoor heated pool open in summer and winter, a sauna and laundry facilities.

The apartment has a lounge area with TV, a balcony with mountain views. The kitchen is equipped with a mini oven, a stove, a refrigerator and a dishwasher.

Excellent séjour a 6. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue, l'équipement de la cuisine ( lave vaisselle, super fourmicro ondes), la taille de la pièce de voe et sa décoration chaleureuse. Emplacement idéal au pied des pistes et des cours de ski.

Bon séjour;

Séjour agréable, belle vue sur les montagnes. A proximité d'un mini golf, accrobranche, luge d'été, bowling, cinéma, patinoire pour enfant..., (sans a avoir sortir la voiture). De nombreux petits commerces et restaurants. Je recommande cet endroit.

Appartement agréable

Avons passé un excellent un séjour dans cet appartement, qui est grand et bien distribué. Pas mal équipé, lit double 140 fatigué, juste à côté des pistes au Puy Saint Vincent 1800. Communication sommaire avec le propriétaire qui nous a donné le mauvais numéro d'appartement mais avons pu nous débrouiller sur place. Aucun état des lieux entre 2 locations, les locataires précédent nous ont laissé un appartement absolument pas nettoyé. Avons passé 2 heures à tout relaver, donc accueil très moyen.

Fantastic apartment

Great apartment. Main living area really spacious. Well equipped and modern kitchen. Great shower and separate toilet. Ski locker on ground floor which you can ski out off. Slight up hill to get home but needed to only walk about 50m to get back home. Outside heated pool was great, kids loved it. Very family friendly resort. Check in tricky as didnt receive information from owner. Turns out you just need to call the number on here on the day. ( we just didn't know). You also have to pay a deposit on arrival ( we also weren't aware). These were minor issues, apartment great overall and we would definitely return

Très bel appartement, spacieux et très bien équipé. Il me semble que l’exposition de l’appartement n’était pas noté sur l’annonce et nous étions au nord, dommage.

Séjour d'été à Puy St Vincent

L'appartement est grand et sympa conformément aux photos. Je n'ai pas eu de contact avec le propriétaire et n'ai pas eu de mail d'instructions d'arrivée. Après appel à l'arrivée, mauvais code pour les clés... Bref, l'arrivée n'a pas été au top mais le reste du séjour s'est bien passé. La piscine est sympa et chaude, (le sauna fermé pour covid) et super randos à faire autour. L'appartement manque d'ustensiles de cuisine mais bon c'est un détail. Bon séjour globalement.

En effet, l'appartement est très spacieux et cosy. La piscine est très appréciée des vacanciers ainsi que l'emplacement, été comme hiver! Nous prenons note que vous auriez souhaitez plus d'ustensiles de cuisine et ferons en sorte de d'en rajouter si besoin. Les arrivées par téléphone ont un avantage pour tous : chacun est libre d'arriver au gré de ses envies et en fonction du trafic routier et des conditions météorologiques. Les clés attendent sagement sur place dan un boitier codé. Au plaisir de vous recevoir une prochaine fois, bien cordialement. Nathalie et Jacques.

très bon séjour passé à puy st vincent mais.....(car il y a un : mais ), dommage que l'appartement est situé au nord et non pas plein sud...et, je ne savais pas qu'il y avait des travaux.....

Très bon séjour

L’appartement est spacieux et agréable. Proche des pistes : départ à skis (pas le retour par contre, ça monte il faut marcher quelques dizaines de mètres) et à 100m de l’ESF 1800 pour les petits : très pratique ! Les « moins » : portes coulissantes pour les chambres qui ne coupent pas vraiment des bruits (pour laisser bébé dormir par exemple) et literie un peu dure... Et aussi un peu loin du centre de la station (1600), il faut prendre la voiture (ou être courageux au retour...). Mais en tout cas la station est agréable, le domaine skiable est très sympa. On a passé une très bonne semaine. On y retournera !

Prima uitvalsbasis voor actieve vakantie.

Het appartement is ruim genoeg voor 5 a 6 personen. Wat uitrusting van de keuken betreft is alles aanwezig. Het appartement is aan onderhoud toe. Van 2 van de 3 slaapkamers kon de schuifdeur niet meer dicht. Gordijnrails kwamen van de wand. De eigenaar zit op afstand en kwam op ons niet gastvrij en servicegericht over. Op zich was het appartement schoon. In de dekens zaten vlekken. Wordt niet op gecontroleerd kennelijk. Bedlinnen is niet aanwezig (in ieder geval niet in de zomer). Het appartement is op de noordkant. Daardoor is het koel en was het nooit echt aangenaam genoeg om op het balkon te zitten. Het uitzicht is wel prachtig. Zwembad was prima. Voor overige activiteiten voor kinderen moet je naar het lagergelegen hotel. De locatie in Les Ecrins is erg geschikt als uitvalsbasis voor een actieve vakantie.

Très bon séjour à tout point de vue !

Appartement spacieux, très agréable et bien situé. A noter qu’il y a des machines à laver ds l’immeuble et que c’est bien pratique. Évitez l’office du tourisme de Puy St Vincent 1600, allez à celle de Vallouise, beaucoup plus compétente avec plus de documentation.
