Is one of the Original Homes built with the Architecture in Classic Vallarta Style, providing the robust flavor of Spanish Hacienda style living in Conchas Chinas upscale neighborhood , surrounded by a peaceful environment so it’s easy to relax and enjoy.

The pool is surrounded by the ocean view of Bandera’s bay, The spacious terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset or lounge away the afternoon.

This luxurious vacation rental offers a fully equipped kitchen with staff, individual sitting areas, comfortable bar and lounge, large pool and Wi-Fi; management and concierge services to fulfill your expectations and personal needs.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, all with private baths. The 2 bedrooms on the top level all have ocean views & terrace. The 3 bedrooms on the lower level open onto the patio with ocean views as well.

The oceanfront hacienda offers the perfect combination of Mexican charm and class. It’s easy to understand why guests call this house “Heaven’s Patio.” The faint cry of pelicans, a light breeze and waves crashing awaken your senses. You stretch your body in the soft, caressing linens and realize that you just had the best night of sleep you’ve had in a long time.

You enjoy your breakfast of freshly brewed organic coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice and Mexican-style eggs on the terrace while overlooking the expansive view of the bay.

You eagerly await the day and congratulate yourself on finding this amazing accommodation to appreciate Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

A central patio area is enclosed in a typical Mexican style. There is a fountain and private sitting area to watch the sun set.
The common areas include a dining area, living room with massive fireplace and partitioned bar, all with access to the terraza and with view of the ocean.
The expansive terraza is the perfect location to enjoy breakfast, get a suntan and take a dip in the large swimming pool.
These areas are the perfect combination of leisure and pleasure.

We offer the service of a chef that will be good for 2 meals (aprox 8 hrs of service). You can have breakfast and luch, or lunch and dinner, please select from are Menu.

Also included a handyman for maintenance and garden.

We included maid service on a daily basis.

An English-speaking manager/concierge to oversee the villa and staff.

Relaxation Station.

Excellent location for family getaways. Patricia, Linda, Sara, Veronica, and Noberto are remarkable hosts. Patricia can organize any activity you desire. Sara’s cooking was exceptional. Linda’s warm heart will make you feel right at home. Noberto keeps Casa Lido in prime form.

Lovely villa, wonderful visit

I rented this villa for my husband's 70th birthday. Everything was pretty perfect! The property is cozy and charming and the staff was attentive. Seamless. The meals were not particularly fancy but the food was delicious. Sure beats trying to get a rez for 10 at a restaurant! We felt very well taken care of and would go back again. We had a great time hanging out in the pool. You can walk to town along the beach although I noticed the older I get the more difficult it is. There are a few places where you have to climb rocky areas to get through. You can Uber into town for less than $3 so that works too.

What a wonderful experience!

What a beautiful property! It exceeded our expectations. The staff was exceptional and tended to our every need and want. Linda helped me plan a special birthday celebration for my husband and took time to communicate with me weeks before we arrived, helping me plan and answering my many questions. The birthday party was perfect thanks to the team. And the food! Everything Sara and Linda prepared for us was absolutely delicious. The villa was well maintained by Novberto. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms and all the ceiling fans! Linda set up transportation to and from the airport for us, it was so nice not to have to worry about a thing! We loved being able to snorkel right below the villa! We hope to return one day - the staff really make this wonderful place even more special! Thank you!
