3,300 sq ft; million dollars condo in the heart of Puerto Vallarta! Located on hotel zone right next to Krystal Grand Hotel; 15’ to PVR airport. Home is on the beach, wrapped around balconies with view of the ocean and Banderas bay. 4 bedrooms including 2 master suite bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

The Peninsula Puerta Vallarta is a three-tower residential community in the premium location of Puerta Vallarta.

Floor to ceiling glass doors, wrap around balconies. You may watch many types of birds, skydivers, para-sailers, whales and dolphins swim by. The infinity pool that stretches in front of three towers is the largest swimming pool in Puerto Vallarta. The pool is overlooks the ocean with wading pool for baby and toddlers to play. Outdoor jacuzzi and palapas on the beach. Foods and drinks services are available at pool side. If you've got a big group heading to PV, you've gotta check this place out. It's huge, fully equipped and easy to get to/from downtown and the airport. The views are absolutely sublime and the breeze that goes through the whole apartment is really nice considering the stifling heat of the city. The pool is awesome and you could be in the ocean within a minute of leaving the apartment. There's a restaurant with poolside service.Not much authentic Mexican food nearby, but banks, groceries and gringo food are within a 15 minute walk.Puerto Vallarta feels 100% safe and normal after the disruptions earlier in the year. Friendly and vibrant.Highly recommend this place. Hope to return one day!

Hello! We were a group of 6 and everyone enjoyed this property. It is exactly as advertised. With this unit you get many perks such as booking the Spa for you and your guests along other areas of the building. Conveniently located. We took the bus into town many times with no problems. Many banks and restaurants near, also a lovely taco stand (Jimmys tacos) for those who wish to experience the authentic vibe! It is in the hotel/club zone so expect some noise from the club across and other areas. The club Chicabal closes at 9 thankfully and opened Friday to Sunday.

We spent 13 glorious days at Richard and Aimee's beautiful condo. We have been coming to PV for over 22 years and this was probably the easiest process and the best communication we have experienced. The condo is as advertised! Gorgeous! There were five of us there for half of our trip and the condo was more than large enough and the views? What can I say. Spectacular unobstructed views from the huge wrap around lanai The property manager was also super responsive via text messaging. The pool is enormous and the perfect temperature for cooling off. I had read different things about whether there is a restaurant at the pool. For those wondering there is not a sit down restaurant but there is indeed food and drinks including cocktails at the pool. Just push the "magic button" on the umbrella covering your lounge chair and a waitperson arrives to take your order! We all enjoyed the lunches there from shrimp burritos to burgers to chicken sandwiches and more. Cocktails were reasonably priced as well. All in all a great trip and we would definitely stay here again.

The host were excellent, from the moment we had reserved the condominium they were supportive and always responding promptly. We all said that entering the condo and seeing that view and the luxurious condo was breathtaking. Also the staff is there 24 hours and the security to enter the grounds and in the condo was exceptional. The pool area always had lots of staff and security. I’ve never stayed in a place like that were you feel pampered from the moment you arrive until you leave. Richard and Aimee and there property manager were outstanding with suggestions for restaurants, spa services right in our condo tower . Please check out Maria for massage. She was so great that we went in there twice in a week. I also had a beautiful manicure with her. We also did a movie night in a real theatre room . It was full pampering. We would not of known about all of this if we had not reserved this condo. Also filtered water in the condo is an added bonus. Banks , doctors , great cafe for breakfast on the grounds. Love this week of luxury for 3 females that are retired.

A beautiful, spacious condo with everything you need for a great getaway. Lots of room for our family to relax and spread out. Incredible views. Nice touches include a beach cooler bag, ice packs and binoculars. Grocery stores and restaurants are close. Loved the huge pool and the sand beach with lots of palapas. This is advertised as a four bedroom apartment but it is actually a three bedroom place. A windowless storage room was turned into a “bedroom”, no one in our group wanted to stay there, and there is no closet. The master suite was incredible as was another back bedroom that had a balcony. The check-in process required a lot of paperwork. Booking the apartment and checking in were a pain, but once we were there we had a great time. I would not rent this place again.

Great Property To Stay In

The Peninsula is a wonderful property to stay in. Many amenities, very close to grocery stores, shopping, and fun things to do. The condo is perfect for a large group with space for everyone to spread out. We love the view of the water and skyline. The owner were very accommodating and for a small fee let us have a later checkout. Everyone said they had a wonderful time.

The apartment and building were 10/10 but the two big bummers are that 1. There is a beach club blasting music next door and made nap times for my toddler almost impossible. And 2. It is next to a river that drains all the sewage of the are and made the beach’s water dark and muddy.

The condo is beautiful and incredibly spacious, and the entire facility is stunning, especially the pool and beach area. The staff were all amazing, and communication was top-notch throughout our stay. We saw whales everyday! The outdoor club next door is quite loud from 2 PM to 9 PM on Fridays through Sundays.

Amazing Vallarta Condo!!

We stayed in this amazing condo for 2 weeks, and it was wonderful in every way! Well appointed, great location, incredible views of the Bay and the ocean. All of the amenities were first-class from the workout area to the spa. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful!! Richard is an excellent host and answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!!
