Over 1 million dollars condo in the heart of Puerto Vallarta! Home is on the beach, wrapped around balconies with view of the ocean and Banderas bay. 4 bedrooms including 2 master suite bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

The Peninsula Puerta Vallarta is a three-tower residential community in the Hotel Zone of Puerta Vallarta.

Floor to ceiling glass doors, wrap around balconies. You may watch many types of birds, skydivers, para-sailers, whales and dolphins swim by. The infinity pool that stretches in front of three towers is the largest swimming pool in Puerto Vallarta. The pool is overlooks the ocean with wading pool for baby and toddlers to play. Outdoor jacuzzi and palapas on the beach. Foods and drinks services are available at pool side. Common amenities include direct access to beach, beach palapas, infinity swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, pool lounge chairs, gym, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, private theater, extra shower rooms on the lobby. Peninsula village at the front entrance with Starbucks, restaurants, bank to exchange money.

Downtown and hotel zone is the prime location of Puerto Vallarta. It’s the norm that nightclubs, and resorts have music and functions till 11pm or 2am. We’re are not next to venues open after midnights; we are next to beach club opens Friday to Sunday from 1pm-9pm. The club brings vacation vibes to guests (our unit at the 6th floor allows you enjoy party vibe, especially their fireworks on Saturday nights). We recommend guests who don’t like club music to spend time on beach, pool, Jacuzzi or explore Malecon and have dinners at many great restaurants in Puerto Vallarta. Great large family condo

The living space, views, staff , amenities, beach and location were absolutely perfect. The owners and condo manager were extremely helpful and very responsive to messaging and calls. Would highly recommend. I would not plan to be there again near Holy Week due to loud music.

Beautiful views

The condo is beautiful and incredibly spacious, and the entire facility is stunning, especially the pool and beach area. The staff were all amazing, and communication was top-notch throughout our stay. We saw whales everyday! The outdoor club next door is quite loud from 2 PM to 9 PM on Fridays through Sundays.

View of a lifetime

The condo was beautiful, exactly as shown! We had such a great time and saw whales and dolphins right from the balcony numerous times! The complex was perfect for us, we enjoyed the massages & pedicures as well! The kitchen is fully stocked- we especially loved the air fryer & used it daily! The condo had games for us to play as well. The pool was perfect. Only wish- is for kayaks to be available & binoculars.

Everything we hoped for

We loved staying at the condo, and had a great experience with the owner and the property manager. Richard provided tons of tips prior to arrival, and Oswaldo was available whenever we needed to ask a question. The photos perfectly demonstrate the beauty of the place and its views. We loved it, and hope to return one day.

Perfect family vacation

The building was in great shape and the people were so warm and helpful. The unit is just as it appears in the listing other than a couple of minor issues. Communication with the owner and property manager was excellent. The infinity pool was better than expected. Ubers are cheap so staying away from the action was not a problem.

Spectacular view and great location

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view from our condo was spectacular and the location had great access to everything we wanted to do and felt very safe. The staff at the condo were so helpful and friendly. Such a welcoming crew and atmosphere. I would also like to add that the owners of this property were absolutely lovely and so helpful in planning our family vacation. Thank you Aimee and Richard. Your home is beautiful and we will for sure be back!

What a great place!

I can't say enough good things about this condo. It has everything you could want in a vacation spot. I'm not sure you could find a better place in PV to spend your holiday. The view, location, condo were all better than i expected. Many places to eat or buy food were within walking distances. The 6th floor was a great place to take in the beach activity, but still very private. The pool was great. The staff at Peninsula were all very nice. Sky diving companies landed in front of the condo which was a lot of fun to watch. If i'm ever back in PV I wouldn't stay anywhere else

Spring break

The Peninsula condos are amazing. Richard’s suite is beautiful. It was the perfect size for our group of 7. I know there have been complaints about the music of the club next door but honestly we loved it! It set the vacation vibe. We missed it on the days it isn’t open. The massages you can book in the spa are amazing - but skip the pedicures (personal preference). Everyone who works at peninsula is great! It is very secure, clean, and close to lots of things. We hope to return in the near future.

In one word? Awesome. I/we have not used VRBO very much but have been the guest of others numerous times, hence I have no reviews other than this. Owners, manager, house keeper were all beyond great. Perfect amount of communication. Condo was far better than even we expected. Can't wait to go back. I had read another review from another Minnesotan that claimed to have a difficult stay. Frankly, I was embarrassed by it. It couldn't have been farther form the truth. Love PV, love The Peninsula. But most importantly, we all loved the condo and everything and everyone involved with it. Thank you very, very much!!!!

Amazing but......

This place was amazing! Every aspect of are stay at this location was incredible, with one exception the open air dance club below. Friday Sat and Sun the music was so loud it literally gave us headaches. No matter what we tried the music overpowered everything. After being out all day we just wanted to come back and relax yet we couldn't for those three evenings. We were told there was a special DJ and that's why it was so loud but that was only 1 night not all 3. My wife and I took my elderly disabled mother to MX for her first time and she loved it. This is the first time in I don't know how long that she's been able to wake up and go do things daily. It was great. So all in all I would highly recommend this place. More so if you don't mind loud music a few nights.

Perfection in paradise

There’s so much good to say about this property. I stayed here with my husband and our teen daughter. From the second you walk in you are blown away by the huge windows and ocean views. Both master bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the two guestrooms are totally adequate as well. The living room furniture was comfortable. I cannot speak to the television as we never once turned it on but why would you? The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed for quick meals. The pool is out of this world spectacular and surprisingly the pool bar and restaurant had really great food at really great prices. I would highly recommend the shrimp as well as any of the burritos! The beach access was really convenient and it was great they had papalas and chairs for use. The gym is really high-quality and I heard it was recently updated. You have to make reservations right now to use the gym but we had no difficulty getting spots in the morning. We also had massages at the spa and would highly recommend. All of the staff especially Crystal and Oswaldo were just a delight to work with. Lastly, the owners Richard and Aimee were so responsive and wonderful! We had a few minor issues during our stay all of which were responded to promptly and professionally. If you are looking for a spacious property in Puerto Vallarta with a lovely pool, beach access, friendly staff and the comforts of a fully furnished home look no further....this is it!

The apartment and building were 10/10 but the two big bummers are that 1. There is a beach club blasting music next door and made nap times for my toddler almost impossible. And 2. It is next to a river that drains all the sewage of the are and made the beach’s water dark and muddy.

Absolutely beautiful property! Richard, the owner, was in great contact from before our arrival until the day we left. Oswaldo, the property manager, greeted us when we arrived, walked us through everything, and even shared tips on local activities and attractions. Richard also sent us a list of their personal favorites in the area, which was a wonderful touch.Our only hiccup was that the Wi-Fi was down during part of our stay. However, Richard, Oswaldo, and his brother Armando communicated quickly and worked hard to get it fixed as fast as possible.The property itself is spacious, well-stocked, and offers the most incredible views. The only downside is that on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, there’s a club just below that plays loud music from about 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. Otherwise, it’s a truly stunning place to stay.

Great Property To Stay In

The Peninsula is a wonderful property to stay in. Many amenities, very close to grocery stores, shopping, and fun things to do. The condo is perfect for a large group with space for everyone to spread out. We love the view of the water and skyline. The owner were very accommodating and for a small fee let us have a later checkout. Everyone said they had a wonderful time.

The owners communicated and responded quickly with any questions I had. They also sent emails with suggestions on places to eat since we had never been there. Extremely pleased with the spa services available on the property. Reasonably priced and massage was so great we all booked a second one. Very relaxing stay…. Wish we could have stayed a few more days!

Filthy and maintenance needed-owner refused to make right

Floors were filthy and the bed linen was soiled and torn. Bathroom sink didn’t drain and mold was all around the faucet handles. The bathroom ceiling fan had an inch of fuzzy dirt caked on it. Toilet seat in one bathroom not attached and broken in another room. Bathtub/spa had a significant leak so couldn’t be used. dishwasher didn’t work. Washing machine scooted across the floor and made a terrible racket. The music from the business right next door was torture but my issues are the condition of this place. Ice maker didn’t work. The reason the place is in this condition and no attempt to make customer happy is because they are going to remodel and sell. I have never stayed in a place that was so filthy. So glad we did not end up bringing home bed bugs. I should mention that we contacted the maintenance guy three times to get a toilet seat . It took 4 days!
