Absolutely amazing condo and vacation

Wow! What a spectacular condo and overall experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly front desk staff and by the wonderful Moises, who was our INCREDIBLY helpful and kind concierge. John's condo had everything we needed and hoped for. It is gorgeous throughout and John's attention to detail does not go unnoticed. The furniture is comfortable and the decor modern and sleek. The condo felt like being at home and the views of the ocean and jungle are spectacular. We also greatly appreciated the sensors on the doors so as to be mindful of the AC usage. We will absolutely be back again and highly recommend this condo and it's location. It's a short walk to Zona Romantica yet has it's own privacy, private beach and gorgeous pools. Our favorite was the roof top! Thank you again John and Moises!!!

Amazing views and clean property

We loved our stay at Sayan Beach. The property is well maintained and the staff was amazing. The condo was clean and had everything we needed during our day. We commented on how we would stay here again. Check in and check it was easy and the room charging for drinks at the bar was perfect.

Great to be in Puerto Vallarta and stay at Sayan Beach

We have had a wonderful three week visit to Sayan Beach. The condo is totally as advertised and more. We found it to be spacious, comfortable, great views/sunsets, and proximity to old Puerto Vallarta. The building itself is a major plus with two wonderful restaurants and multiple swimming pools, the staff is very welcoming and highly attentive. Our host was highly responsive and offered to help in many different ways. We definitely had a terrific time and plan to return.

Spacious and quiet beachfront vacation, close to Romatic Zone.

We enjoyed our eight night stay at this beautiful beachfront condo. The roof top pool and pool area were a delight. The beach side walk in to restaurants on Pulpito Basillio Badillo was quick and easy. This is a beautiful and spacious three bedroom condo. We also enjoyed simple but good meals at the on site first or second floor restaurant.

Absolute Paradise – Stunning Views, Perfect Pools, and Incredible Hospitality

From the moment we arrived, this property exceeded every expectation. The beachfront views are truly breathtaking – waking up to the sound of waves and panoramic ocean scenery was a dream. Whether sipping coffee on the balcony or enjoying sunsets from the loungers, the location couldn’t be more perfect.The swimming pools were immaculate and beautifully designed, with options for lounging in the sun or relaxing in shaded areas. We especially loved the infinity pool overlooking the beach – it felt like something out of a luxury travel magazine.Inside, the home was just as impressive. Spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated, with every comfort you could ask for. The on property restaurant made wonderful meals and delicious margaritas. It was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly pampered. The only issue that we had was that we could not control the thermostat. So we had issues sleeping at night in the heat and humidity. The hosts were attentive, welcoming, and made everything effortless from check-in to checkout. This stay was nothing short of perfect – a true luxury retreat. We can’t wait to come back!

View is beautiful

The view in our room is beautiful. The staff is on top of it and set up in room massages for us. The little cove which is just a few stairs away was great. The only downside is apparently the condo next door has venues and on our last night that played excessively loud music for 6 hrs until 11 pm which ruined our night as we couldn't enjoy the balcony or anything for that matter. Even with the doors closed and the TV on all we heard was pounding.

Beachfront luxury

There were three couples that stayed at Sayan Beach. The condo was right on the ocean with a beautiful huge covered deck and a private beach. Walking distance to the Malacon and old Puerto Vallarta. The restaurants and bars were right beside each pool and the staff were amazing, kind, helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be returning! They also made the best Pina Coladas and Margaritas!

Spectacular apartment

We had a very nice long weekend stay. It was not enough time, but left us wanting to return. PV is a lovely destination, but this apartment and they comprehensive resort-style building is equally an impressive destination. We will definitely return for a longer stay. I loved how the building had a restaurant and bar, with room-service available as well. We loved the roof top pool which had a spectacular view. The gym was great too. I wish yoga could have been offered (fee payable?) as an improvement. The front desk and the assistants around the building were so helpful and all spoke great English. Overall a wonderful place to have a vacation.

We had a really enjoyable stay in Puerto Vallarta. The condo was exceptional. Beautiful views and super comfortable. Joel was really helpful with everything we needed. Overall, I can't overstate how great this vacation was!

Great Property

John's unit at Sayan was quite nice and comfortable for our group. Also, the onsite food and bar were convenient and moderately priced. Unfortunately, the roof pool was closed during our stay, which was a bummer, but the downstairs pool was pretty incredible.

Relaxing and immersive

We had a wonderful stay. The staff in the building are outstanding and attentive. The view is unbeatable if you want to be near zona Romantica but not in the noise and chaos! It was easy and cheap to Uber or taxi in whenever we wanted. I highly recommend this building if you want a gorgeous beachfront experience.

Absolutely Amazing!

This property was absolutely beautiful! The condo itself was spotless and just perfect. The view was truly breathtaking! We could not get enough. The pictures do not do it justice. The grounds were so clean and stunning and had everything you could ask for. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They truly made this a wonderful stay. The rooftop pool and bar were under construction during our stay so we were unable to enjoy that, but everything else was great. We would definitely stay here again and cannot wait to go back!

Holiday in Amapas

We had a wonderful 10 day stay in Sayan Beach . The Condo was in pristine condition and well stocked with supplies . It had beach chairs , books, games, bose sound system and even distilled water for a cpap machine . The ocean view and sound of the waves was amazing. Joel checked us in and was very helpful . Have stayed a few times in this area and this was the best experience so far. Will definetly return .

Perfect location, unbeatable views

The views, amenities, and beach access cannot be beaten. Condo itself- Waking up to a full beach view, falling asleep to the sound of the waves was magical. Joel, our main contact/concierge, made our entire stay seamless. He took care of every detail (from the airport pickup, booking massages on the beach, groceries, and more) he made our stay incredible. Resort/condos - Truly enjoyed all of the amenities- the gym, bars, pools, EVERYTHING was top notch- especially the food! Every single worker was helpful and attentive, especially Joaquin at the bar who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Overall our stay exceeded our expectations. It was a short Uber ride into town- which we loved since we needed to disconnect and relax.

This place was wonderful. The apartment was exceptionally clean as was the entire condo complex. It is walking distance to food and shopping. The views from the roof are amazing, we never had trouble getting a chair or cabana at the pools. The staff at the condo were amazing. We had the apartment manager arrange our airport transfers through their recommended VIP service and I highly recommend this, it takes all of the stress out of navigating through the "sharks tanks". I absolutely recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

We love Sayan Beach!

We have stayed at the sister property, so we know how special Sayan is. But the rest of my extended family was utterly blown away. We had a fantastic milestone birthday celebration. And although we knew when we booked that the rooftop pool would be closed, the management graciously allowed everyone up to view the 90% coverage eclipse. This is a beautiful property. The staff couldn’t be more hospitable. The in-house dining options are fantastic. There really is nothing like Sayan anywhere else in the area—and we have been visiting PV regularly for three decades. Take it from a pro—this is the building you want to be in, and this unit is perfect—need a bandaid or aluminum foil to keep those grilled shrimp warm? It’s there.

Amazing condo and walking distance to Puerto Vallarta!

They say a picture is worth a thousand words....well John's condo is even more luxurious than the pictures! The four of us really enjoyed our week's stay and we took advantage of the many amenities it has to offer. The rooftop infinity pool with breathtaking views was over the top especially with our afternoon cocktails with homemade Tortilla chips and Guacamole. Most nights we did the 10 minute walk into town along the cobblestone street for amazing dinners and entertainment. We also took advantage of the main condo's restaurant for breakfasts and lunches. Truly an amazing vacation....we plan to rent John's condo in the future.

Great Stay!

This unit was as spectacular as in the pictures. The outfitting was above expectations. The condo building itself was exceptional with wonderful facilities and plenty of room for all residents. The staff was plentiful and welcoming, particularly the knowledgeable security staff. Although there are frequent comments about climbing a rocky headland to get to Playa Los Muertos beach along the waterfront, we managed it (in our mid 70’s). But count on taking a taxi if you are not going along the waterfront. John & Joel were easy to deal with. I have to give a special shoutout to Joel who seems to know everything a visitor might need to know about the building, the unit and the city. In particular, on the day of our departure, with a minor medical emergency approaching departure time, he analyzed our problem, drove us to a medical clinic, drove us to the airport, stopping on the way to get our prescription from a Pharmacy. He was a godsend!

Beautiful Condo! Beach not so much.

Our stay was June 3-10, 2022. Description of direct access to beach is a little misleading. Walkway stops before sand, so that you have to maneuver over wet rocks covered in sand. That being said there are no ' steps' to the private beach. I would recommend wearing water shoes to climb over rocks, also ocean is very rocky. No direct access to the long stretch of beach to the Malecon. Once again you will have to climb a 'path' of slippery rocks very high to reach that beach. All of us are 'beach walkers' in the mornings and evenings. We love to walk the beach for a mile or so to start our day. That was not possible unless we were willing to climb. Food was okay. We hired a personal limo service to pick us up at airport and return us after our stay. No issue picking us up at airport, but when Limo service came to pick us up to take us back to the airport a public Taxi service notified the police. There was 15 minutes of a lot of Spanish, which we do not speak, before a public Taxi service arrived to take us. Our hotel manager new immediately what was happening and had a public Taxi service in route to pick us up. It was explained to us that a private Limo service can pick you up at airport but if a public Taxi sees a private limo service picking people up at a private condo, (not sure about resorts) the police have the right to stop limo service and possibly fine them and make passengers get out and find another means of transportation. When all was settled, the Limo person paid the public Taxi person the fee to the airport. Needless to say, a lot of unnecessary stress. While staying there it was cheaper for us to have 2 Ubers vs 1 large vehicle since we had 5 adults in our party. In summary, Condo was beautiful, staff was great, but we would not stay there again due to the location of condo being 'cut off' from main beach.

Puerto Vallarta Perfection

Wow, this was one of the first properties that we came across on VRBO when planning our family trip and I am certainly glad it was available during our stay. There wasn't one issue with the property and every detail had been addressed before we arrived. Our host was great to work with and provided a very comprehensive welcome package. It included all the information needed for the property, a grocery shopping list and the contact information for our PV contact person for the Sayan Beach condo. We were in contact with our PV helper about a week before our arrival about transportation from the airport and the grocery items. He took care of everything for us! When we arrived outside the airport, our transportation was standing by. After the quick ride to the property, he was waiting for us when we arrived. He and all the others that help around the development went above and beyond!!! Couldn't have asked for nicer folks. They gave us a personal tour of the entire property explaining all the amenities. By the time we got to the room, our luggage had been delivered and every item requested on our grocery shopping list had been provided. The actual condo was even nicer than the pictures portrayed. Everything was spotless and the views and sounds of Banderas Bay were absolutely amazing. Our host thought of everything to make the stay awesome with the furnishings . The sound system, internet and televisions were really nice to have, but we didn't use them much given the view from the terrace. It provided us with hours of relaxation and entertainment. The beach and sunsets made this stay so memorable. The location seemed remote - the beach area was very private and quiet. However, just a short walk to the north along the beach and your were right at Los Muertos Pier. The gym had everything needed for a good workout, the pools were amazing, as was the food from the restaurants. We had several meals there and everything was delicious. We all wanted to explore the local area, so they recommended some of their favorite places to go. He also helped us set up last minute reservations for a local boat tour and show. Our stay went by so quickly and we're all looking forward to returning for another stay. They came through once again and made everything so easy for checkout and getting back to the airport. We all appreciated their assistance with all they did to make the stay enjoyable and would highly recommend staying at Sayan Beach condo!!!
