Imagine enjoying dinner while watching the sunset under a huge glowing canopy with nothing but 360 degree views around you! Indah is also a great location to network and make new friends or connections with plenty of fun communal areas. 
This elegant corner condo has 4 private Guest Suites, a huge open Living/Dining/Kitchen area that opens with sliding glass walls to the terrace. While listening the soothing sounds of the waves along the beaches just below you can often see dolphins and whales passing through the bay. It is also just a short walk from Old Town Puerto Vallarta. From this fifth floor terrace you can perfectly view the Pacific Ocean, Banderas Bay and the gorgeously landscaped lower pool. You will be in a private, quiet, and romantic location, yet with close proximity to Los Muertos Beach, The Malecon, Mantamar Beach Club, Alamar, and hundreds of bars and restaurants. Or if you decide to walk south, The Conchas Chinas Beaches are some of the prettiest beaches in Mexico.
Indah is a very secure building with easy beach access and every amenity imaginable. There are 2 grand pool levels with full services on both. The quiet lower infinity pool has a gorgeous infinity heated spa, full bar, restaurant, and views of Bandaras Bay and Puerto Vallarta. The rooftop infinity pool has more activity with music, luxurious sun lounges, and all services including a large sunken dining area, and a swim up bar. There is a wide variety of menu options, and if you can always easily stay in with room service available as well. Additional amenities include a huge well appointed gym including a steam room, and massage room with reservations always available. 
Luxurious towels, bed linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryers are all provided. As well as a full size washer and dryer with steam. High speed Internet and HDTV is provided in the Living Room and each bedroom with Netflix, Hulu. LAM TV is a nice option added in the Living Room and Master Bedroom to receive all USA and Canadian TV networks. For the chefs out there, this Kitchen is well equipped with top-level appliances, a full range of dish-ware, glasses, cookware and spices, as well as every small appliance needed (coffee maker, toaster, mixer, and blender) are provided. Your Master Bedroom Suite has ocean views with a king bed, large private bath with a huge shower and a soaker tub. The 2 other Guest Suites feature king beds and large private baths. The other large Guest Bedroom has 2 queen beds also with an attached private bathroom.

Extra Guest Fee: We prefer hosting smaller groups so there is an extra guest fee added to groups of over 2. The first 2 guests are included in the base rate. I charge $25/night/guest (for each additional guest after 2) up to 8 guests. More than 8 guests are not allowed except by special permission.
Rate INCLUDES the $25/night Resort Fee upon arrival. This includes access to pools with towel service, a world class gym, spa, steam room, towel service, restaurants and room service. Note that this fee is not based on number of guests only on the number of nights of your reservation. This new fee is paid directly to the building HOA to cover added costs and IS INCLUDED in the cost of your reservation. 

Rules:
- No loud noises that neighbors can hear.  
- A compete guest list (names) must be provided prior to arrival. ID's may be requested for entry.
- The primary renter must be over 30 years old. 
- All occupants must be either part of a family or over 24 years old for entry.
- A/C must be off while away or while any windows or doors are open. Please!
- Bags must be packed prior to checkout time so housekeeping can prepare for the next guests.
- No floats are allowed in the pools 
- No smoking anywhere  
 - No parties. No pets. No infants.
Please note we cannot host young groups of guests (under 30 years old) having parties of any sort.

Important Note: Fiber optic Internet is available in all rooms of the condo with much higher speeds of 100 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload (minimum).
