>What is Indah by Sayan? Indah is the newest condo building built by the Sayan Beach group.
Indah is a building of 46 privately owned residences. The building employs over 30 full-time staff which are dedicated to helping you enjoy your stay. The staff offers the perfect - superior vacation for any guest. A stay at INDAH #7D is a different experience than what a hotel can offer. Think boutique, charming and friendly. Guests get to enjoy the comforts of an owner's residence and amenities of a place and team ready to enhance their stay. INDAH building is brand new and completed on 12.2019. INDAH is designed with current, modern, and traditional fusion in mind.

>> Why Unit 7D? All the units ending in D are on the south side of the building, therefore; offering views of los arcos and Amapas bay. Units 6 - 12 sit above the tree line and allow guests a 240-degree view of the ocean. The unique retractable sliding wall of 7D offers the perfect indoor-outdoor experience.

Summary:
You will love the views offered by INDAH Skies, Unit 7D. The unit offers beautiful light, breeze, fresh smells, and therapeutic ocean sounds. You'll fall in love with the remote views to the south and the city-light views to the north. The condo is quietly positioned & elevated 7 stories up (D units = Views). The Glass walls retract on both the south side and the ocean-facing side to allow for the ultimate indoor-outdoor vacation retreat. You can choose to relax and or dance the night away.

The Space:
The unit has been custom appointed with marble floors, Spanish DECO cabinets, German Faucets, and Mexican wood doors. Every inch of this home has been well thought out and designed for the ultimate getaway. We hired one of Puerto Vallarta's leading designers, and she has commissioned handmade furniture throughout the unit.
Indah is located in a neighborhood surrounded by some of Mexico's most established family Villas. You will absolutely love the modern amenities, charming old Mexican villas, city views, and views of the beach.

We had a great time at Indah by Sayan even with the fires that occurred during the week we were there. Jason communicated promptly and was always one step ahead of my questions. The condo association and leadership acted decisively to do the best they could to accommodate all guests during a very difficult time. Not withstanding the week's events, the condo bldg is situated in a quiet part of town, yet only 7-8 and a cheap taxi ride to the romantic district. I've been around the world, and this is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. Highly recommend this condo and bldg, you definitely won't regret it.

Casa Ciela - Unit 7D

Such a beautiful property - the balcony on this particular unit allows an unobstructed grand view north and south and magnificent sunsets. We enjoyed every moment here and the rooftop pool at Indah is also amazing. The fully opening sliding glass doors gave an amazing experience of being just above the ocean hearing waves crash with a wonderful breeze. Will return again one day!

Amazing condo with beautiful views, well stocked with anything we would need. The property itself has a very nice pool, staff and convenient bars. This is my third time staying with this property and this unit was one of the nicest! The host was very attentive and gave precise instructions which made the entire process very easy to navigate. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

The condo was perfect for the four of us. The bed and pillows were comfy and there were several sitting areas with beautiful views. We had dinner here with friends and it was great seating at dining table. The pools were great as well as the ambiance. No problem getting taxi right away and space in garage for our car. We have stayed at this property three times now. First time staying in this specific room / condo. Everything looked like its photos and it was very nice like we expected and wanted. We love having the pool and bar / restaurant - it makes it super convenient. The gym and steam room are great too. We only had one big issue that ended up being fine because they had a second pool option, but we come to this specific property for the rooftop infinity pool and bar. Once we checked in no one let us know ahead of time nor during the check in process that it was closed and under construction. That was a huge let down. We would have liked to have known that ahead of time. We also didn’t know about the new “amenities fee per day,” like I mentioned we have stayed here before and never had to pay that. Last super small picky thing - we had several girls in our condo and would have liked to have at least one full length mirror for getting ready. All of the counters / mirrors are tall so cannot see the best. Overall great experience and we will be back!

This unit at Indah is in excellent condition. Very comfortable beds, great water pressure, and you can't beat the amenities, including the rooftop bar/restaurant, pool, hot tub, and large and well equipped gym. Easy 5 minute Uber to town. Stay here, you won't regret it!

The furniture is absolutely amazing. We hired one of the best designers in PV, who then commissioned all the furniture to be handmade to suit the condo. We are very focused on details, responsive, loving, and easy to work with. My husband and I travel all over, and therefore, we have learned a thing or two about providing an experience.

You will love being spoiled by the staff. It is so great to find that boutique experience. This is NOT a corporate experience. The Romantic District is absolutely that..... ROMANTIC. This is a home away from home (but probably a little better than most homes). You can come, check-in, and .... never leave if you don't want. Indah 7D is in the famous historic Conchas Chinas neighborhood. This is often referred to as the romantic neighborhood. Walk along the cobblestone streets and visit the little beaches that line the shoreline. If you are looking for fun, there are plenty of amazing restaurants, shopping, fun bars, and dance clubs. We are only minutes from famous beach clubs (manta-mar and blue chairs).
>>Condo Amenities: -
Two pools (one lower - one upper rooftop pool) upper isn't entirely completed yet (expected to be done by New Year's Eve 2018).
Towel Service in the common swim areas
