PLEASE READ: Before you book, we want to be transparent about a few aspects of the building:

- Ongoing Enhancements: Our condo and the rooftop pool area are completely finished, offering you a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, please note that the building is receiving its final touches. During working hours, there may be noise and dust around the premises.

- Access and Location: The building is situated on a steep traditional cobblestone street. For your comfort and safety, we recommend using a taxi or Uber for arrivals and departures. This way, you can avoid navigating the hill on foot, as no stairs or handrails are currently available.

BEDROOMS

The guest bedroom is adorned with a queen-size bed, providing a comfortable and welcoming space. A full bathroom is conveniently located just outside the guest bedroom for added convenience.

KITCHEN
Prepare delicious meals with ease and style in the well-appointed kitchen, which boasts elegant Parota wood cabinetry and is equipped with a full-size fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave.

LIVING AREA

Other things to note
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

Please be advised that visitors of the residents renting the condo are not permitted.
