The house offers 4 bedrooms, 1 staff bedroom, 5 full bathrooms and a half bathroom (powder) to comfortably fit 16 people. 11 people fit in beds and additionally there are 5 sleeping pads.
MASTER BEDROOM: Located on the second floor with a king size bed, 2 large walk-in closet (one of them is equipped with a mini bar and a coffee maker), full bathroom, electrical curtains and a jacuzzi in it´s large balcony with a stunning view of the lake and golf course. Inside the bedroom you will find a 75’’ TV with Sonos sound system that works as a home theater and also you can connect it to your phone.
BEDROOM 2: Located next to the master bedroom with a view to the golf course from it´s large balcony. Equipped with two queen size beds, one full bathroom, electrical curtains and a walk-in closet, an office desk, as well as a 60’’ TV with Sonos sound system that works as a home theater and also you can connect it to your phone.
BEDROOM 3: Located also in the second floor with a view to the golf course. Includes a king size bed, full bathroom, electrical curtains, walk in closet, office desk and a 62’’ TV with Sonos sound system that works as a home theater and also you can connect it to your phone.
BEDROOM 4: Located downstairs with a view to the golf course. Equipped with a king size bed, full bathroom with hot tub, a walk in closet, office desk and a 55’’ tv with Sonos sound system that works as a home theater and also you can connect it to your phone.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, gas oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, a wide refrigerator, tableware and a large breakfast bar for 7 people.
DINING ROOM: With a dining table for ten people and service stored next to it.
LIVING ROOM: In this area you will find two large sofas, enjoy watching the 65” TV with Sonos sound system that works as a home theater and also you can connect it to your phone. This area has lake view.
SECOND LIVING ROOM: In this area you will find two large sofas and a couple of chairs. This area has lake view too.
TERRACE: With a 10 m long x 5 m wide pool, BBQ grill, 8 sunbeds, outdoor dining table for 8 people and a small living room for 5 people.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Equipped with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing equipment and a closet.
PARKING: With wide roofed parking space for 3 cars and not roofed space for another 3.
Guest access:
SPORTS CLUB: Includes a professional size pool, kids pool and games area, gym with lockers, showers and sauna, yoga salon, spinning, billiards, ping pong, basketball, tennis, squash, pickleall, shuttleball and bocceball courts
PRIVATE BEACH CLUB: Located 1 km away from the house including a pool, restaurant and bathrooms with towels and showers.
Note: For an extra fee Sports Club and Private Beach Club are only available for guests who stay at least 2 weeks , as long as required info is sent. On the other hand, guests who stay less than two weeks cannot use Sports Club and Private Beach Club.
GOLF CLUB: With golf course view restaurant and Spa treatments. Positioned 10th in the best golf courses list of México. Equipment and golf tee times can be booked at the front desk, via pone or in El Tigre Golf Club website.
Note: Guests can use the Golf Club no matter the amout of days they stay. It´s prices are not included in rental fee.

We had a wonderful family stay for 8 adults. Alfonso and Victoria were wonderful hosts - Victoria going above and beyond to make our stay memorable!! Would highly recommend this property, and the owners are second to none. Fabulous people that continually helped with every one of our requests.

Splendid home in paradise

This is a wonderful home! It is our second stay and we could not be more pleased. The location is great as are the available amenities. The pool is terrific as is the surrounding patio. The cook did a great job and you will love her food and her great attitude! If you are on the fence about selecting this property, just book it! It does not disappoint!

4th of July weekend getaway

Lulu and her son Alfonso went above and beyond on making sure our stay would go as smooth as possible. They checked on us daily and gave us a 2 hours tour of the house and amenities upon arrival. The house is something you see on the show cribs. Very luxuries and super safe area with plenty of security. House looks better than pictures. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you so much!!!!!

Exceeded Expectations!

Our stay at El Tigre far exceeded our expectations! The house was incredibly clean, well stocked, quiet and perfect for our group of eight adults. Alfonso was always quick to respond to our questions prior to arrival and Victoria went above and beyond during our stay - extremely responsive in helping with transportation bookings, restaurant and beach recommendations and a late check out. We were also grateful for housekeeping service during our stay - such a treat to come back to a clean house after a day outing. Thank you!

Fantastic Place

My family and I had an amazing 18 nights at this home. The host was more than helpful and always quick to respond and help with any requests or question we had. As mentioned by previous guests - the pictures don't do the place justice. It far exceeded we what we expected and was extremely well appointed and clean. My kids also loved it and basically lived in the pool... We took advantage of all the facilities including the beach club, racquet club and Angeles the cook - all were top notch. We hope to be back again before too long. Thank you for providing such an amazing place to spend our spring break!

If you are looking for a place to stay in puerto Vallarta- look no further! I’d like to think I’m fairly particular, and this place checked every box and more! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this house as well as the communication with the hosts. They are family ran; Alfonso’s sister Victoria met us on day one and communication couldn’t have been better. The house is nestled in a gated community overlooking the golf course. We utilized the cook to have drinks and snacks ready and everything was delicious. The house was well really stocked making for a comfortable stay. We traveled with one other family- so 8 of us total and there was plenty of room. Centrally located with just a short ride down to the beaches. There was also an on site shuttle for residents that we utilized to take us down to the place for a little shopping and coffee. 40 minutes south of sayulita and 20/30 minutes north of Malecón so it really was the perfect location for us to day trip out. You will not be sad about staying here!

The view from the villa will make you feel at peace since you can watch the sunset over the lake, the green grass of the court, beautiful trees and many bird species. You have this view from the master beds, the dining room, the living room and the kitchen.
