Beautifully Decorated

This is a beautiful condo, very well decorated but still comfortable. Each bedroom has it's own bath which makes it a great place for 3 couples or singles to stay. The condo complex is extremely nice with in house restaurant, bar and pools on both the ground level and the rooftop. It was thoroughly a wonderful place to stay.

Love this place!

This is our third time at the Sayan Beach property and second time renting this unit. The views, amenities, and service are second to none. It’s so close to the heart of the city by foot or by cab/Uber. I can’t say enough good things.

Sayan Beach is amazing!

Highly recommend this place to anyone! Very quiet and tranquil—which is what we wanted-and not too far from Zona Romántica! Simply climb over the little montaña to reach the bigger beach and Zona Romántica. Definitivamente want to come back! Such a beautiful condo.

This is my fourth time staying at Ron and Carlo’s property. As always, the impeccable views, stunning quarters and attentiveness of the property management team and owners keeps me coming back! The Admin team has sure stepped up their game and are very proactive at meeting renters’ needs. One nice touch they have added is a personal concierge service who ensure your stay is enjoyable. Take advantage of the shuttle service and the groceries prior to arrival in order to make travel day a breeze! I cannot wait to stay again!

All the other 5 star ratings for this property are completely accurate. My husband and I arrived exhausted and tired from work. We left inspired and renewed. Perfect place. Perfect hosts. Amazing and kind staff. The little cove at the base of the property brings the sound of the ocean right up to you in the unit. The rooftop pool is truly an experience to behold. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!!

This condo was the nicest place I have ever stayed. Plush interiors with breathtaking views all within walking distance to Los Muertos Beach. The resort is so nice with rooftop and beachside pools bars and restaurant. We had many outstanding meals right at the resort and the Best handmade margaritas. we didn’t need to leave. But when we did it was a short walk or Uber to the restaurants, shopping and bars. Ron and Carlo are very attentive hosts and checked in on us to make sure everything was good. We will be return guests for sure.

Sayan Beach Ron's Property is Outstanding

This was the second time we stayed at Sayan Beach and the first time we stayed in Ron's unit. Everything about the stay and the accommodation was excellent. Amenities (everything you need was there), decor (beautiful local art), location (secluded but a short walk to town) and Sayan Beach pools, restaurant, and fitness center were outstanding, made only better by the kind and helpful staff throughout the building. The property managers were also very responsive during pre-check in, check in and check out. We have looked at so many other choices in Puerto Vallarta and this continues to be our first choice. We will stay there again on our next visit. It is wonderful! Thank you!

There are insufficient words to describe this property, condo, and the owners. Beautiful, quaint complex, attentive staff, convenient location to charming old town, rooftop and balcony views. We travel to PV twice per year and stay at this unit anytime it is available for us. Gorgeous views, beautifully designed, comfortable linens, fully furnished, and wonderful owners. Look no further, this is the best you will find. Love The Sayan and this particular unit. Clean, social distanced common areas, masked, sanitized.....felt incredibly safe and covid-free. :)

Fantastic Ocean Front Experience!

This Condo is just fantastic! Beautiful ocean front, with large great room and dining area. And then a huge outdoor balcony with BBQ, dining and living spaces! Sliding doors open the outdoor spaces right into the indoor living areas. Views across the bay and towards the city are incredible. The complex rooftop pool and bar are wonderful. The night time view towards the city as amazing. We were not originally booked into this condo, but with another property with the same owner. They are were the most gracious and considerate owners we have ever experienced through VRBO. There were minor issues with the other booking, outside of their control, but they wanted to be sure that we were taken care of, so they make the arrangement to move us into this fantastic property for the remainder of our stay. They are the best and so considerate. Sayan Beach Condo Complex is a short walk into town, but also just far enough to be quiet and peaceful. I would recommend to anyone that wants to experience the beauty and peacefulness of Puerto Vallarta!

Best Condo! Best Location!

Back again! We’ve stayed here countless times and this condo never disappoints! Trips were Fall, Spring, and Summer! We brought some first timers along with us and they were blown away with the condo, the views, the staff, and the old town. We walked into town each day, sometimes by beach and sometimes via road. If we weren’t for walking we loved that a taxi to town wasn’t more than $5. This trip we actually had massages on our balcony! The condo is equipped with everything one would need to cook and stay in for an evening of sunset on the large balcony. Our personal favorite things about this place, and the reason we keep returning, are as follows: Condo is nicely decorated but simple and always clean. The linens are comfortable! The condo is very quiet and gives a similar feeling of having your own Villa. However, has a gorgeous rooftop bar/restaurant, lower bar/restaurant, and room service. The staff is consistent year over year and we enjoy visiting with the same gentlemen each and every time we return. The gym is also very well equipped with views of lower pool and ocean. The owners have always had wonderful communication and responsiveness.

Must Stay!!

This was our second stay at Ron‘s property and he continues to deliver an excellent experience and outstanding customer service. During our stay, the COVID-19 crisis had just begun and Ron gave us security in that if we got stuck in Mexico he was willing to allow us to extend our stay so that we would not be without a place. He also expressed interest in our safety during our travels home. Ron is kind and very attentive to customer needs. There was a minor miscommunication during our visit which he resolved quickly and without hesitation. In regard to the property, you couldn’t ask for more! The bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious, the bathrooms are large and clean with plenty of storage space, and the common spaces are absolutely gorgeous. You will wake up to a stunningly beautiful ocean front as well! Many mornings were spent drinking coffee on the balcony of the giant indoor/outdoor living room listening to the birds and the waves crashing onto the shore. Make sure you visit the Mini-Super store at the bottom of the cobblestone hill on east side of Calle Santa Barbara and purchase the guacamole, red and green salsas for snacking during a stay-at-home happy hour! You won’t be disappointed! I vouch to say that I am one of Ron’s biggest fans and I’m absolutely in love with the location of his place to Puerto Vallarta! ~Gregorio

Beautiful Unit! Breathtaking view and the sounds of waves!

Had a great stay here with my friends. This was our third time to PV so we were familiar with what the Zona Romantica area has to offer. This building and unit is by far the best. The unit was so well appointed and styled, had everything we needed and then some. The three bedrooms each with their own bathroom was excellent with multiple couples. But what I must say is that the view from the living room is amazing. Two of the window walls slide back to give you a sunset experience that is truly incredible. Our favorite place was the rooftop pool. The view was stellar and the drinks and bar service was super attentive. We literally spent a few afternoons just grabbing lunch and hanging out at the pool all afternoon. One slight thing to know, and not that it’s a deal breaker by any means, is that small side road the building is on that you’d walk into town easily with was washed out with a mud slide last year and is under construction. It means that walking to town you have to walk on the main road that is a little busy and longer distance. Getting to the Montamar beach club and others can still be accessed across the rock out cropping at the water line so no issue there. But don’t worry at all as the Uber situation is fantastic and cheap. I don’t think we waited more than 10 minutes or paid more than $5 for the drive into town ever. Overall, I can’t recommend this location and unit enough. Truly amazing experience. Looking forward to our next trip down. Can’t happen soon enough.

I can't say enough good things about Sayan Beach, apartment 4 G and Ron and his manager Moises. Everything about this place, the building, the apartment itself, the pools, the restaurant, the location, the beach and the staff are are excellent. The apartment is beautiful and has and every gaget and amenity needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I can't overstate how good the restaurant is, we tried at least 5 places in town that were highly recommended and the restaurant at Sayan Beach was better, the food was beautifully presented and better still delivered right to your chaise lounge pool side. Drinks were great too. My family and I can not get back here soon enough. Thanyou Ron and Moises for a great stay.

It’s a perfect place for a long stay or a weekend getaway. Does it get any better?

After being in the vacation home business for quite a few years there's just certain places that you know within 2 seconds of walking into that are truly worthy of the 5 star rating. From the breathtaking views all the way down to the plush cozy towels and pillows you can tell this place is not just cared for, but very much loved. The friendly and family-esque staff cared for us all week long and made sure every question about car rentals and restaurant choices was answered. We swam, we laughed and ate so much good food and it was everything you can ask for. Do yourself a favor and just book it. Thank you Ron and Carlo for an unforgettable stay. You guys are top notch and so is your home!
