Great Location.

The listing is accurate. The condo was vey comfortable and the location is great. Given the AC is through the wall and has not been modernized to spilt units they were a bit noisy so took a few days to adjust to the noise. Other than that would 100% recommend this condo. We had a great stay.

Lovely property - great vacation

This was about my 30th trip to Puerto Vallarta so I’ve stayed at a lot of different properties. Once I had my son we transitioned over to the all inclusive with childcare properties, as that was what was needed for us. My son just turned 13 and I was really interested in getting back down to Zona Romantica to experience the PV. I knew 20 years ago. I felt my son was ready to stay in the busy exciting area, so we took a chance. This property met all my needs: Ocean view, two bedrooms, daily house cleaning, in the heart of Zona Romantica, and air conditioning. Naya Homes was very responsive to all of our needs, and the on-site staff of the building was very friendly and helpful. Although we were on the eighth floor, I heard much more street noise than I wanted. However, after exploring where the noisy happy hour sounds were coming from I realized it was a condo two floors below us and not the street. The sound of the ocean and the ocean views were spectacular. The location was Excellent. We will be back.
