Relaxing Stay

Sharon was very helpful and communicative throughout the process from before check-in to during the stay itself. The upstairs is much nicer with amount of natural lighting. That's where our group spent most of our time

We had a great time at this house. Wow! It was definitely built for entertaining. We were happy with all of the amenities available. Between the pool, game room, and the boardgames/puzzles our family was able to have fun rain/shine. We loved that Sharon had a whole list of useful places in the area too. Restaurants, local groceries, and fun activities. :) Sharon was super on top of things - checking in with us and also super responsive, even though she was traveling herself.We appreciated all the guidance she gave us - not only did we know what to do by when, but the rules made a lot of sense and keep the closed community nice for a good experience. Thanks again for letting us stay!!

Fun holiday spot in the Poconos

Our family spent a wonderful few days in this spacious home. We enjoyed making meals, using the hot tub, and visiting nearby attractions including ski runs and shopping outlets. The owners were very attentive, and I would recommend this property to others.

Family get a way

Tons of space, great location and beautiful outdoor space. Nice hill on property, we have more time sliding down the hill there than at camel back!

This house was great, clean, and spacious for our entire party (11 adults). Owner was very easy to get in touch with when we had questions. I definitely recommend this house for larger parties.

My family and I had a great time. The house was beautiful, very spacious, clean, in order and lots of fun things to do in the house and in the community. The host Sharon was great, available when we needed her and made sure our needs were kept up with in our stay. We cannot wait to return again, this will definitely be one of our getaway homes.

NYE Family Memories

The host Sharon was a pleasure to interact with. Attentive and responsive. The house was exactly what we needed as a group with adults and children ranging from teens to little kids. The house was well stocked clean and warm when we arrived. The hot tub was set up and ready for us beforehand. My family and I are planning to visit again in warmer weather.

Perfect family getaway!

This house was just what we needed to escape our year long COVD Quarantine! The house was clean, and spacious. We loved all of the amenities; the beautiful decks, sauna, hot pool, fire table and fire pit. Sharon was a great host, very attentive and responsive host.

Poconos Vacation DEC 2024

House was very large in size & accommodated 12 of us very well. House needs a little TLC inside with loose moldings, paint, & outside where stair riser lights are located. The property is in a gated/secured community so it made access & ordering deliveries a little inconvenient but host was very helpful with coordination. Overall we had a nice stay & the whole family enjoyed our stay.

Weekend Getaway with Friends

We had a great time staying at Sharon's home. The six bedrooms comfortably accommodated each of our couples. We also really enjoyed spending time in the main common space and outside on the deck/hot-tub. The kitchen was very large for making group meals! It was a great house for getting together with friends for a few days.

The entire experience from booking to checking out was exceptional!! The property manager was flexible, prompt in any questions we had, caring (wishing us safe travels). Family reunion

Great location with easy access to all Pocono mountains attractions. Very safe gate community. The house is huge and everyone can play together while can be private if needed. I will rent it again if I decided to visit Pocono mountain again. The owner is super nice and a great communicator.

Plenty of space

We had three families stay at the house. A total of fourteen adults and kids. There was more than enough space for the kids to have fun, and the adults to relax and chill by the fireplace. The host Sharon was wonderful and hands-on. It was a delightful ski trip and the house was perfect for our needs.

Large property + plenty amenities

My friends and I enjoyed our stay in this property. Other than being close to ski areas and many more, the property also has many cool amenities. You wont get bored at all. Wonderful home!

The property was exactly as advertised but bigger in person! Sharon has clearly put a lot of thought and effort into her home. Well supplied with essentials and was very clean. She was very communicative, thorough, and took the time to check in with us during our stay. Her attention to detail was extremely evident and made our stay seamless from start to finish. Would definitely recommend for young families and groups of friends.
