Located in the heart of Poconos, we are ONLY minutes away from the most popular attractions in the area. These include the world’s famous/largest Kalahari Indoor Waterpark, Camelback Skiing and Waterpark, Big Pocono State Park, Mt. Airy Casino, Crossings Outlet Mall, and more. Whether you are in the area for these various attractions or just looking for a great vacation getaway in our house, you need look no further! This is the house to consider and enjoy a great time with your family and friends.
Our home boasts plenty of activities to do whether you are inside or outside the home. Situated on over 0.50 acres of land, property is professionally landscaped to maximize space and functionality to provide the best and memorable experiences for our guests to enjoy. Take a swim in our private swimming pool (non-heated), lounge at our poolside chaises, and immerse in our brand new 7-person hot tub with massage jets and waterfall. Relax on our huge deck with two picnic tables and cook meals with the BBQ grill with propane provided. This is the house to enjoy and relax for any getaway/vacation in the Poconos!

*NOTE*: Outdoor non-heated pool is open from End of May to September 19. Hot-tub is open year-round.

As we step into the house of over 2000 sq. ft:
This house has 3 magnificent large-sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms that can accommodate up to 12 people. All mattress are very supportive and comfortable.
Each bathroom is equipped with shower/tub combo with hair-dryer provided.

Bedroom 2 (Entire 2nd Floor Loft): 1 Queen Bed + 2 Full Beds with high ceilings

The entire house is equipped with free fast WIFI. Cable TV is powered by ATT-TV NOW with over 60 channels.
The living room opens out to the dining table with its tall cathedral-style ceilings with exposed beams creating a very comfortable space perfect for entertaining throughout the day.
A large modern kitchen is fully equipped to cook meals for 12 people with brand new appliances. The kitchen also boasts a bar peninsula island with 3 bar-stools to enjoy drinks and meals from.
There is a multi-use space that connects to the game-room where you can relax in our comfortable furniture set overlooking the backyard at the hot tub. The massive game-room is over 700 SQ. FT and one of the most relaxing yet fun room in this home featuring a pool table, 8-person poker table, table-tennis table, a smart TV equipped with cable, couch, and foosball table.

Washer/Dryer is available for use, so you can pack lighter and keep all your clothes clean! Kitchen will include cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, and wine glasses. Appliances include coffee machine, toaster oven, microwave, and cook-top. Entire house is air-conditioned and heated.

Our professional cleaning crew will ensure that with every stay, the house will be cleaned and beds made. We provide pillows, sheets, and blankets for every bed. We do provide most of the essential items as starters to get you started for your stay. These include paper products, trash bags, hair-dryer, etc. No towels or shower soaps. Keep in mind that this is not a hotel, so you will have to provide your own essentials.

If the party wishes to use community amenities, they need to fill out a registration form and pay applicable fees. $25 registration fee plus $5 per day per person or $25 per week per person, children under 12 is free.

This was a great little house, quiet neighborhood.the owner Kevin made the process smooth and was great with communication! We had everything we needed! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and made s’mores with the girlie with wood provided! All we brought was our own towels which you need to bring your own! We even had a washer and dryer and an amazing game room! Thank you again Kevin! The house was amazing me and my family enjoyed our time and we were in the center of everything!

Our poconos summit stay

We didn’t stay for long but we enjoyed all our whole time there. The house is surrounded with some amazing spots to eat as well as some fun attractions for the kids. The house is so pretty on the outside as well as the inside and the coziness really made it feel like home. 10/10 would recommend!

our visit was an amazing experience. The house is more beautiful in person. The person in charge of maintenance was super attentive, she was always aware if we needed anything during our stay. Kevin was super friendly and communication was quick and easy. We are definitely thinking of going back again. I just fell in love with the place.

The property was immaculate. Everything at your fingertips. Location perfect, close to everything anyone would want to do that isn’t already at the house. Large space so family and friends can gather and enjoy! Host was there if you needed anything but invisible to the stay if you were fine. Just perfection!

Older chalet style home. Not too bad for a family weekend getaway (8 adults and 4 kids). Descent bathrooms and bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen but no full-size oven (only a countertop toaster oven). Gameroom was great for entertainment since it was very cold outside. A very well maintained outdoor jacuzzi. Kevin, the property manager, was very accommodating, nice to work with and available when needed.

Great location / Unique house

As advertised- lots of beds for sleeping. Front bedroom is HUGE and has 3 beds, can sleep 6 easily. 3 beds in loft, can sleep 6 easily… not much privacy up there but loft is beautiful King bed in Master is private, has own balcony facing front of house… mattress was thin, but that could just be my preference. Game room was great. Hot tub was perfect. Did not get a chance to use the fire pit because it rained the whole time but it looks like it was awesome… Clean house, otherwise comfy beds Owner super accommodating and responsive. Would have liked a few more kitchen accommodations (oven mitts, dishwasher, more trash bags, blender) USB plugs would be beneficial. Overall a great stay in a beautiful house literally 5 minutes from Kalahari.

House is not prepared for rent

The house needs a lot of kitchen utilities, the sofa bed was full of crumbs and garbage I can’t use it. The house needs update I couldnt use the playroom because it had a bad smell and was freezing. the hot tub was only never be hot. The location is good but the house needs upgrade. No toast, not blender. The sofa in the living room was broken and really old.

Great family house!

Overall, great house to stay in the Poconos. Lots of room for the kids to run around (inside), plenty of beds. Netflix in every room with a tv, huge bonus. Good price, and great location. Only minutes away from several very well known locations and restaurants. Would love to return in the summer to use the pool! Few opportunities for improvement; all of the pool sticks had broken tips, and there was no chalk. The heater in the garage is not nearly as large as it should be for the space, granted it was a very cold weekend. Also, the tv was placed directly above the heater. Dangerous, and the tv started to give us warnings about over heating, so we had to keep shutting the heater off. There was also no shock for the jacuzzi, I was going to buy some but couldn’t find any.

I do not recommend this place

– disappointing experience Our stay at this property was unfortunately very disappointing. While the pictures in the listing looked promising, the reality was completely different. The house seemed okay at first glance, but the surrounding area was neglected and dirty. The interior was fairly clean, but it didn’t make up for the other issues. The pool, though it had clean water, was very poorly maintained and in serious need of refurbishment. The hot tub, which was advertised to fit 8 people, certainly did not, and its condition was far from what we expected. The grill, which was supposed to be new according to the description, was old and worn out. On the deck, there were two uncomfortable camping tables, with no umbrellas for shade or protection from rain – a big oversight during hot or rainy days. The bedrooms were almost empty – aside from beds, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes or belongings, which was quite inconvenient, except for the main bedroom, which was fine. The game room had potential, but the pool table was in terrible condition and unusable. The ping-pong table was in better shape, but there were no balls, forcing us to make an extra trip to the store. The entire place needs updating and refreshing, and the photos in the listing are very misleading. If you’re looking for a comfortable getaway, I suggest considering other options.

Very good house

Perfect pool and hot tub. Nice architectural, near the lake, walking. We love it. Things the host can improve: - there were several spiders in the bedrooms, bathrooms and bushes around the hot tub so they could clean before. - could have cut the grass and weeds behind the pool. - my family loves to cook so it could have more new pans and cutlery.

Good stay

Overall, this was a good stay. Very clean, check in process was a breeze and the instructions were very clear. There were a few aspects that would have been nice to be pointed out ahead of our visit. There is no oven or dishwasher in the kitchen so if you’re planning on baking, make sure it fits and bake in a toaster oven. We had to go grab paper plates and plastic forks/spoons because we didn’t want to waste time washing dishes after each meal. The fire pit outside was nice but the wood that is available produced a ridiculous amount of smoke to the point where we couldn’t stand around the fire more than 5 minutes without our eyes burning and coughing so I would recommend getting your own seasoned wood. Again, overall the location was right down the street from Kalahari so it was convenient but we were disappointed with the kitchen and firewood. If you’re planning on eating out everyday this place is good for the price.

Great weekend getaway!

We wanted to get away from the daily schedule and rented this property! There were 11 of us, we fit comfortably in the house and we brought all of our food, utilized the grill, kitchen, etc. One thing we didn’t realize was this a 2 bedroom + loft ( 1 room with a king bed, the other room with three full beds and a pull out and the loft with three full beds). It was a miss on our part but it was all ok in the end, we all fit and it was fine! It ended up raining and the temp dropped when we were there but we fully enjoyed the outdoor space,, the jacuzzi, fire pit and the pool!! The kids (ages 6-10) absolutely LOVED the game room and spent anytime not outside in there! The home is 5 minutes away from kalahari, mt airy casino etc.. great location! Overall, the consensus is we would all go again, especially for the outdoor space..it was clean, comfortable and had everything you need for a weekend away (including a washer/dryer)!

Awesome property with lots to do!

The pictures don’t do the house justice. Plenty of room for our group of 9. Cozy chalet in the Pocono with all the modern amenities. Our favorite part was the large game room. Owner is very responsive and easy to work with. Can’t wait to stay again soon!
