As one of the larger condos on the ski hill, this well maintained fully furnished unit sleeps twelve and boasts three full bathrooms, a large loft area and over 1250 sqft of AIR CONDITIONED living space.

Not only is this condo a ski in/ski out property conveniently located 150 meters away from the ski hill, it is also walking distance to Trickle Creek golf course and within a 30 min radius to many other amazing 18 hole championship golf courses (Bootleg Gap, St. Eugene, Shadow Mountain, Kimberley Golf Club, Wildstone, Fairmount Riverside etc). A large private heated outdoor storage locker is located conveniently right outside your door for all of your ski gear and golf clubs.

With a private hot-tub and cozy stone fire place, you are sure to feel relaxed after a long day on the hill. You will also enjoy your sleep on the brand new mattresses with fresh new bedding.

With plenty of room for you and your guests, there are queen size beds in both bedrooms on the main floor. One main floor bedroom is equipped with it's own en-suite bathroom while the other main floor bedroom has a full bath just across the hall. In the upper loft you'll find another queen bed, an en-suite bath with his and her sinks, two additional pull out couches and an entertainment center. The loft can be used as the perfect master bedroom or the kids retreat.

The condo is fully equipped with kitchen, outdoor BBQ, three cable TV's, high speed internet (WiFi), ten place settings, Keurig coffee maker, pots and pans, toaster, all necessary kitchen utensils and in-suite laundry so all you need to do is come and enjoy your stay in beautiful Kimberley, a popular ski and golf destination.

For the best privacy, this home is the perfect getaway for large families or two couples with 4 kids but there is plenty of room for 12 guests.

Great location, enough space for 2 families. We stayed for 5 days and had a lovely time. They provided some tea, coffee, salt and pepper and some seasonings in the cupboard. Lots of towels for the hot tub and the bathrooms. They have some board games in the closet upstairs too (we didn't play with them as we brought our own). Location is very close to the main lodge (less than 5 minute walk) and ski lifts. The house had everything we needed to cook. The hot tub was nice but I think they put too much chlorine in it as our swimsuits were discolored and our skin burned after the first use. Other than that everything was good. Thank you for letting us stay there.

Weekend Get Away

Condo was excellent for 2 families. Parents had their own rooms/bathrooms on the main floor while all kids stayed in the loft (with their own bathroom). Head’s up for summer travellers who want a dark sleep - loft has beautiful natural light but no blinds on the main window. Kitchen was well equipped to cook any meal. Hot tub was an added bonus!

Family Kimberley Ski Vacation

We stayed in the condo with 7 people, 5 adults, and two kids, it was a great size for our family. The beds were all very comfortable (even the hidabeds). The kitchen had basics in it, and all the pots and pans and dishes that we needed. The private hot tub was great after a day of skiing. The only complaint is that it's on the third floor, so we had to haul our ski gear up and down stairs every day. The stairs may also be difficult if you have any elderly people in your party.

Our stay was wonderful and we were grateful for the easy access to the owner when needed. Beautiful property and loved the location on the ski hill. We had a party of 11 but we’re disappointed to learn that the price goes up if you have more than 8 people staying.

Excellent Location

We stayed at the condo with another couple for a weeklong golf getaway. It was perfectly located very near Trickle Creek Golf course. It would be a perfect spot for skiing in the winter as well. Had everything we needed including a nice BBQ on the deck. Hot tub was a nice touch after a day on the links or the ski hill. The owners were very quick to respond to any inquiries. Highly recommend.

Being a family of 7 (5 kids), is very busy. We wanted a condo that would easily fit us all and give us an opportunity to spend plenty of time together while doing the many outdoor activities we love.

Why they chose this property

Kimberley is a spectacular mountain with some of the most amazing bumps, moguls and glade runs in Canada. This condo is 150 meters to the chair lift and even closer to the tee-bar perfect for kids learning to ski.

With brand new mattresses on all three queen size beds and 3 new pull out sofa's you're sure to have the best sleep possible after relaxing in the 8 person hot tub.

We have 4 championship golf courses within a 30 min radius to us. The closest being Trickle Creek only 500 meters away. Mountain golfing is not only challenging but breathtaking. What's even better is these courses are very affordable. We can also provide golf passes to be included with your stay.
