This townhouse unit boasts privacy with great mountain views.

Kimberley was voted B.C.'s best small town by CBC readers in April 2022.

The townhouse is approximately 1800 sq ft on 3 floors with 5 bedrooms: (i) 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom on the upper level, (ii) kitchen, dining and great room with a real wood burning fireplace on the main floor, and (iii) 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on the lower walkout level.

Recently renovated (2021) with outstanding bathrooms with tile and quartz - modern kitchen with new stove and fridge, dishwasher, garburator and maple cabinets and pantry. Dining room table with extension will seat 8-10 guests comfortably. Exceptional wall unit in great room with large smart TV and Internet. Open raised ceilings give feeling of spaciousness and lots of light.

The back deck includes rattan furniture and an outdoor table that will seat 8 guests, a swing and a propane table fire pit and large BBQ.

This family friendly townhouse is located on the ski hill. This is an all-season location with lots of options: walk to the ski hill - drive to Trickle Creek golf (less than 5 minutes) - and spend your evenings on the back deck with a glass of wine. There are 5 exceptional world-class golf courses within a 30 minute drive. The Kimberley Leisure Centre offers family swim times in a heated indoor pool.

Kimberley on the Hill
This property was perfect for our trip to Kimberley for skiing. It is a short walk to the hill and has ample ski storage. We are a family of 5 and it was a great size with lots of bedrooms. Beds were all quite comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the living room was very cozy with a wonderful woodburning fireplace. Wi-Fi was excellent, and casting to the TV was effortless. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

10/10! Highly recommend!
Everything we needed and then some! Slept 10 of us comfortably. Outdoor area was great to sit and socialize and the indoor area was just as comfortable for playing games in the evening. BBQ was huge! We were able to roast 3 whole chickens on it with room to spare! 10/10! Highly recommend!

Perfect family vacay
My family and I stayed at this perfect condo. Very clean and very well stocked, more so than any vacation home i have ever stayed at. Location was ideal for what we needed it for. The beds were amazing!! So comfortable! We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

We want you to create wondeful memories with your family as we have since 2003. This is a great meeting place for extended family regardless of age.

Why they chose this property

We consider this place a convienient getaway from our busy lives. It is a great place in both Summer and Winter which allows us to enjoy the outdoors with our family with many interesting and fun activities.

Some of our favourite activities include skiing (downhill and cross country), golfing, hiking,, boating and paddle boarding on nearby lakes, or just relaxing and having a glass of wine on the back deck.

The townhouse is conveniently located on the hill - your family can come and go as they please and stop in for lunch and relax on the couch or deck.
