My happy place

Been going to the river since I was 5 years old (63yrs) this is the best place to be with all the kids and grand kids. Great fun

Great stay BUT.....

Just a suggestion walls are too busy with hangings. Makes the condo seem smaller. Beach still in great condition.

Great spot. Great like home with amazing private beach area. Only reason why not a 5 is because it is listed as having washer and dryer. It does not! Lies. Also, if you need toilet paper after 5, you’re screwed. No one available after 5 and. O one to contact because no cell service.

Cute clean place, however struggled with major appliances.

The villa was very cute and clean! However, we were disappointed to see a large cockroach crawl from under the stove. Also, the stove didn’t work well and neither did the ice maker or the filtered water. For this price, I would expect the appliances to be in working order. We called for the stove to be repaired but I don’t think anyone ever came.

Great place!

We had a great time. No cell service which was a bit of a pain. The drive to the closest store (Safeway/Walmart) is 30min so take everything you need or stop before you get into CA.

Good Times

We really enjoyed this property. It was a great place on the water. The internet is the only miss leading feature. The cell service and internet is poor. We found the internet device comes from a community building across the way. If needed you can get update there but don’t expect the internet to be strong in the home. The building has pickle ball, and some indoor features and the internet is more functional by that building. Otherwise, an amazing place with a perfect location on the water.

Awesome stay

This was the perfect location for four adults and two babies. We arrived late our first night and Darcy made the arrival process very easy. The beach is so close and convenient with our kids, and we didn’t have to worry about packing up the boat to go on day trips. We will be back again, thank you Darcy!

Happy place

Well we were not happy with housekeeping, floors were filthy, bathroom toilets dirty and not sanitary. Called front office for extra towels and help with cleaning bbq, but were give unhappy response. Eventually were brought towels ,2. Never sent anyone to clean bbq. Other than that we loved the place.

Family Quality Time-Disconnect from the world

My sister and I took our kids to the river to enjoy fun in the sun. It was great! Our villa was fully equipped with dishes and all! Outside grilling made for easy dinners and clean up. We would definitely go back.

Beautiful place but some lacking amenities

Ok let’s start with the bad: first this place was advertised as being in Arizona but is in fact on the California side. Had I known that we wouldn’t have stayed. It was at least 30mins to the closest gas station but the check in area did have some basic necessities for a price. The place was lacking some amenities such as more towels, dishwasher detergent and cleaning supplies. Lastly the sand on the beach is pretty rough. Ok now time for the good: This place really is incredible. The beach and proximity to the river exceeded my expectations despite the California side comment above. Darcy was so good at helping us with questions and the property was so well put together. I’m glad we ended up here and will definitely do it again.

New found Vacation tradition

We Stayed in villa 3 and everything was great. found a few left over items of food left by previous guest but no big deal. Looking forward to going back in April 2021. Loved the beach front and coverd parking. Great access to the water.

AWESOME TIME ON THE PARKER STRIP

Incredible stay at Villa 3. The Beach is amazing ! LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Great times for friends and family. The Villa is well maintained and clean and our needs were met. Incredible views and nice times on the beach and patio area. Would highly recommend this property and will be coming back. Great for boating and Jet Skis. A GREAT TIME!

The property sits on 3/4 miles of beach front, with some of the nicest beaches on the Colorado River. The resort offers Club House, Pickle Ball Court, and a Free Water Taxi to Pirates Den Resort. A Western style saloon offers pizza and 15 draft beers on property. The Resort was built in 2015 so the facilities are new.
