This pleasant, tastefully decorated apartment is located in the heart of the seaside resort of Morgat, close to the beach and its nautical activities, shops, restaurants, supermarkets and hiking trails.
From the top of your apartment, you'll overlook the long Morgat beach! You're ideally located for enjoying Morgat life, and discovering the nuggets of the Crozon peninsula!

Located at the entrance to Morgat marina, this comfortable 35 m² 2-room apartment is on the 3rd and top floor of a small building without elevator.
It comprises
- a sea-view living room with a lounge area featuring a sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and an office area
- bedroom with double bed (140cm)
- a bathroom with shower and WC

You have access to the whole apartment! So as soon as the sun rises, you can take a dip and stop by the bakery at the foot of the building for breakfast on the way back!
On the quay, you can rent equipment for all kinds of water sports, including gliding, sailing, diving and kayaking, as well as bicycles, wetsuits...
There are many beaches and coves on the peninsula that can be reached on foot, by bike or by car, as well as some that can only be reached by sea, boat, paddle or kayak...
The GR 34, with its many access points, is also a great way to discover the different facets of the flora and the dominant sea views along the wild coastline.

Très bon séjour

L'appartement est très bien placé, au bord de la plage, à proximité des restaurants et commerces. Il est parfait pour deux personnes, mais un peu plus de places dans les placards pour ranger ses affaires serait appréciable. Il est très calme, nous avons bien dormi. Aucun soucis pour se garer.

beau séjour à Crozon

appartement situé dans la baie de Morgat commune de Crozon avec vue sur la mer plage juste en face du logement, il n'y a que la rue a traversé pratique pas besoin de la voiture. Belles balades dans la lande et point de vue panoramique.

Appartement presqu'île de Crozon

Joli petit appartement vieillissant, attention à son entretien si vous voulez qu'il conserve son cachet, il y a déjà des bricoles à faire. Il serait bien de préciser qu'il est au 3ème étage sans ascenseur, que le lit est fait à notre arrivée. Merci de garder de la place de libre dans les placards pour les vacanciers, tout est plein, c' est difficile de caser ses affaires. Appartement placé à proximité des commerces et parkings, face à la mer, au dessus des restaurants, ce qui est à double tranchant puisque c'est bruyants le soir mais on peut tout faire à pieds.

Excessivement bruyant, mal isolé mais bien situé

La location est de belle facture, bien rénovée (décorée) et bien située. Mais les atouts de l'appartement sont gâchés par la mauvaise isolation sonore des lieux. La porte d'entrée est une simple planche de bois et la fenêtre de la chambre ferme mal. Du coup, on entend de la pièce de vie tous les bruits de pas et discussions des autres vacanciers de passage dans l'immeuble. De la chambre, on entend les passants et les camions de livraison. Bref, si vous êtes soucieux de votre sommeil ou de celui de vos enfants ce qui était notre cas (avec un bébé de 3 mois) mieux vaut aller voir ailleurs.

Charmant nid d'amour, perché entre ciel et mer ! Petit appartement fonctionnel refait avec goût. Situation idéale à proximité immédiate de la plage, du port, des commerces et du GR. Vue imprenable sur toute la baie de Morgat. Accueil chaleureux et petit panier gourmand d'accueil très apprécié. Une petite piste d'amélioration ? un lave linge serait un plus !
