We had a wunderful stay at this lovely house. Everything was as we expected; clean, comfortable and cozy! The garden was amazing and we enjoyed the calm. The way to beaches were not too long. We can definitely recommend this appartment!

Perfect stay in rural stone cottage close to beautiful beaches

We spent two wonderful weeks in Crozon. The house is lovely, basic but well equipped and very clean. There is a big terrace and huge garden where you can enjoy the rural seclusion. Nevertheless it is not far to many beautiful beaches and sights. It was definitely not our last time here! What could improved: The beds were all comfortable except for the one in the small room. This mattress definitely could be exchanged. Some deck chairs would have been nice to relax in the garden when the weather is so nice as it has been. Luckily we had a big picnic blanket with us that did the job.

Dieses Granitsteinhaus ist sehr gut renoviert und modern ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, direkt vom Haus aus sind Spaziergänge in ein Naturschutzgebiet Richtung Crozon möglich. Dort bestehen vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Einzig eine Toilette funktionierte nur teilweise, das Ersatzteil ist bestellt. - Gesamteindruck: Eine der besten Ferienwohnungen, welche wir je erlebten.

Das Haus ist schön aber feucht! Es war sehr staubig in den Räumen und unter den Schränken und Betten. Mit Kindern ist es nicht zu empfehlen, die Treppe runter und hoch ist speziell! Zu zweit hat jeder ein Zimmer zum schlafen benutzt, die Betten sind nur 1.40

Hübsches Steinhaus in ruhiger Umgebung mit kurzen Wegen nach Crozon und zum Meer

Ausführlicher Rundgang nach einem freundlichen Empfang durch die Schlüsselhalter mit allen notwendigen Erklärungen. Der Kontakt stand für die Dauer des Aufenthalts telefonisch zur Verfügung. Das Hauptgebäude wurde für die Nutzung als "Penty" (Ferienhaus) weitgehend modernisiert und bietet bis zu 5 Personen ausreichend Platz Der große Wohnraum im Erdgeschoss besitzt einen (ebenfalls modernisierten) offenen Kamin, der sehr gut funktioniert. Zusätzlich gibt es ein etwas kleineres Zimmer mit TV-Gerät, dass separat genutzt werden kann. An den kühlen Tagen im September waren die elektrischen Heizkörper sehr nützlich. Die Küche ist in einem kleinen Nebengebäude angeordnet und hat einen Ausgang mit eigener Terrasse (nützlich zum Wäschetrocknen). Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich im ausgebauten, gut belichteten Dach und besitzen ausreichen Schränke und Kommoden. Die Treppe zum Dachgeschoss ist für Behinderte evtl. eingeschränkt nutzbar. Eine Terrasse vor dem Haus mit Holzkohlegrill und Mobiliar (einschließlich Sonnenschirm) ergänzt das Angebot. Ein altes, ungenutztes Nebengebäude, das nicht betreten werden kann, schließt den Hof seitlich ab. Der sehr große, schöne Garten mit Wiese, Hecken und Bäumen (u.a. eine große Kastanie) kann ebenfalls genutzt werden und bietet Schutz gegen Einblicke von außen. Das Grundstück wird durch ein Rolltor abgeschlossen. Hinweis für Hundefreunde: zwei große Hunde des freundlichen Nachbarn sind offenbar an wechselnde Gäste gewöhnt und bleiben außerhalb.
