This beautiful traditional stone house totally renovated in 2014 will be ideal to welcome a family and to spend holidays at the edge of the water. The house is located in kerret small hamlet between crozon and camaret sur mer in the heart of the peninsula at 1,5 km from the beach kersiguénou in the Dinan cove

It has 3 independent bedrooms, one on the ground floor and a sea view, a living room with a beautiful fireplace, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with toilet. It is equipped with wifi

There is a private parking in front of the house and a terrace on the back

The house is rented from Sunday to Sunday in the summer season.
During school holidays the house is rented preferably from Saturday to Saturday.
Very short stays of minimum 3 days are possible out of season.

Possibility to rent sheets and towels.
The rent is given excluding charges on the site
Charges (water, electricity, taxes, wifi, cleaning, presence of animals) will be requested at the end of the stay.
In addition to the rental, the charges detailed below will be invoiced:

Package charges (water, electricity, wifi, taxes) are €40 (01/05 to 31/08) and €60 (01/09 to 30/04)
Compulsory exit cleaning: 70 Euros
Sheets on request: 15 Euros per double bed and 10 Euros per small bed

Crozon in the rain

Despite the weather we had a great holiday. The cottage was small but had everything you needed. There was a problem on arrival with sheets and towels missing but this was quickly rectified by Fati Mottet who came by at 11 pm for which we are very grateful. The owners surprised us with crepes one day and a new bbq which was very nice. Location is perfect for exploring the Presqu'Ile whether by car or by bike.

Die Kommunikation mit Mme Mottet lief zunächst sehr gut, aber ausgerchnet bei der Ankunft war sie unglücklicherweise nicht zu erreichen, so dass wir zunächst nicht ins Haus kamen. Erst nachdem wir die Telefonnummer der Besitzer gefunden hatten, konnten wir die Zahlenkombination für den Schlüsselsafe erhalten.Das Haus ist ein altes Fischerhäuschen mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche und einem gemütlichen Ambiente. Trotz der Hitze am Anfang unseres Aufenthaltes, war es unten im Haus angenehm kühl. Oben wurde es natürlich etwas wärmer, man konnte bei der erholsamen Stille in dem kleinen Dorf aber gut mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Wir haben es sehr genossen in dem kleinen Garten zu sitzen und zu grillen. (Der Grillrost war leider nicht sauber) und auch unser Hund fand den Garten prima. Das Häuschen ist einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hat sehr viel Charme, Boden und Wände sind bei so einem alten Fischerhaus teilweise natürlich schief. Es gab bequeme Matrazen und wir haben uns im E.Leclerc-Supermarkt in Crozon sehr günstige 1,40 x 2,0 m Steppdecken gekauft, die in unsere mitgebrachten Bettbezüge passten und so gab es kein Gerangel um die große Bettdecke bei den französischen Betten und alle konnten gut schlafen. Die Hellhörigkeit und das Knarschen des Holzbodens der oberen Zimmer hat uns als Familie nicht gestört.Das kleine Haus ist sehr gut gelegen um zu Fuß in 20 Minuten, oder mit dem Auto in 5 Min an einen sehr schönen, weitläufigen Strand zu kommen.

Une maison très agréable et très fonctionnel . Si vraiment on doit donner un point un tout petit peu moins positif c’est l’absence de sèche linge . Pas indispensable mais tout de même bien pratique en période hors été et avec des enfants . Mais sinon tout y est 🙂

Eine wunderschöne Woche in der Bretagne

Der Empfang und der Check in im Haus waren durch Frau Mottet perfekt organisiert. Das Haus entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. Alles war sauber und alle notwendigen Utensilien waren vorhanden. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und zu mehreren Strände in der Nähe ist das Haus perfekt.

Wir kennen die presqu' ile de Crozon seit 20 Jahren, dies war die bislang beste Unterkunft. Uriges Haus (das natürlich auch hellhörig ist wegen dem Holzboden im Obergeschoss) - kleiner aber feiner Garten, sehr hunde-/Kleinkinder freundlich da alles abgezäunt. Ideale Lage für alle Strände es ngaum

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Den inserierten Meerblick gab es nur vom Dachfenster im ersten Stock. Kein direkter Meerzugang zu Fuss. Die Mülleimer waren seit längerem ungelehrt. Im Kühlschrank stand noch angebrochene Tomatensosse der Vormieter. Das Geschirr war eine Sammlung aus Flohmarktbeständen. Die Pfannen waren billig/schlecht wie auch der Rest des Kücheninventars und zudem schlecht gereinigt. Das Badezimmer klein und schäbig. Wir waren nur zu zweit, aber ich möchte mir nicht vorstellen es zu sechst nutzten zu müssen. Insgesamt für den bezahlten Preis unakzeptabel.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war unglaublich freundlich und unkompliziert. Ein großes Dankeschön ! Leider gab es einige Mankos im Haus wie Schimmel im Küchenschrank und unangenehme Dreckecken ( Bad vor allem ). Das Haus braucht dringend eine Generalüberholung. Die Gegend war aber atemberaubend schön und die Leute sehr freundlich. Das hat viel wieder gut gemacht.

Bretonisches Leuchten

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage, zwei Wochen herrliches Wetter um die Schönheiten der Crozonhalbinsel zu genießen. Auch unser Hund Muffin hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt, der eingezäunte Garten war ideal. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, Madame Mottet war sehr hilfsbereit.

Ideal

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Hund unterwegs und dafür war das Haus perfekt. Die zentrale Lage auf Halbinsel Crozon ist sehr gut.
