House standing in a hamlet of character with exceptional sea views of all living rooms (on piles of peas, Dinan Cove and the beach), wooden terrace of 25 m2 facing south west. Stunning views of sunsets. Family beach of Goulien located at 1km accessible by way of the top of the house. Departure of the coastal hiking trail (GR34) of the beach of Goulien. On the ground floor large bedroom on the ground floor with terrace access to the south, bathroom with bath, living room overlooking the terrace and kitchen US. Upstairs, master suite with walk-in shower, second bedroom with two separate beds (90 * 200) and third child bedroom with pull-out bed (possibility of two children) and TV / games area. High quality service, house referenced 3 stars by the tourist office.

Une semaine en famille dans un endroit paradisiaque, la maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et surtout un panorama exceptionnel. Randonnées, surf, plage, il y en a pour tout le monde. La communication est très facile et réactive. En bref, une semaine de rêve.

Emplacement du gîte, avec vue sur la mer et proximité de celle-ci, qualité de l'aménagement et de l’équipement, à l’exception de l'ensemble des volets roulants du rez de chaussée, inutilisables (problème avec le fusible correspondant).On aurait apprécié un accueil physique plutôt que des photos du gîte et de l’emplacement de la clé à l'heure de notre arrivée, où le réfrigérateur était grand ouvert, donc non fonctionnel. La mise en route des radiateurs des 2 salles de bain n'a été possible qu'après le passage du propriétaire à défaut de contact direct.Déplacement du propriétaire le jeudi suite à panne de la pompe à chaleur provoquée par l'orage du mardi ayant entraîné une coupure générale d'électricité dans tout le secteur. Plus de box à compter de la même date.

Schönes, sauberes, gut eingerichtetes Haus mit fantastischem Blick. Schöne Natur, Strand fußläufig erreichbar. Es gab leichte Geruchsbeeinträchtigungen durch Gerüche aus der Garage ( Lösungsmittel, Benzin?) und aus der Sickergrube. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr knapp was Einführung und Abschied anbelangt, was zu Mißverständnissen und Zerwürfnissen führte. Wir hätten uns eine ausreichende Einführung gewünscht mit Hinweis auf alle Auflagen, so wie wir es bei vorausgegangenen Mieten gewohnt waren.

La Bretagne comme on la rêve

Tolles Haus mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche im Haus sehr genossen.Die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist atemberaubend und die Lage des Hauses perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf der Halbinsel. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt !

Séjour avril 2023

La vue est superbe. Par contre, la maison est en travaux, nous avons eu froid. La machine à café était défectueuse et la machine à laver fuyait dans le garage... L'équipe de conciergerie s'est montrée très agréable.

Madame, Monsieur, quand vous êtes venus il y avait effectivement de menus travaux sur le terrain mais pas dans la maison. La machine à café et la machine à laver ont été changées après votre passage. Les locataires vous précédant ne nous avaient pas informés. Quant au froid que vous exprimez nous aurions aimé en prendre connaissance au moment de votre séjour et pas à la fin pour prendre les dispositions nécessaires.

Maison très confortable avec une vue magnifique

La maison est grande et très confortable. La literie est d’excellente qualité. Elle est également bien équipée. La vue sur la baie de Goulien avec les tas de pois et la pointe de Penhir vous fait voyager au-delà de la presqu’île de Crozon, on se croirait dans la baie de Halong où à Rio … :)

Très bon emplacement, vue magnifique

La situation de la maison sur la presqu'île avec l'accès au sentier côtier sans besoin de prendre la voiture. Une vue de rêve et des couchers de soleil magnifiques. Cuisine bien équipée. La maison mériterait un meilleur entretien général, et notamment de la fosse septique (remontées d'odeurs nauséabondes que nous avons signalées au retour des clés), et mitigeur de la baignoire cassé (problème apparemment connu par la personne qui gère le lieu).

Nous sommes vraiment désolés pour la fosse septique, c'est la première fois que ce désagrément nous est signalé, nous avons depuis votre départ contrôler la fosse et tout est normal. Nous nous chargeons également de changer le mitigeur de la baignoire, ce fait est également récent. En espérant vous accueillir de nouveau en presqu'ile de Crozon.
