After the village of st drigent (Crozon), dead end, enjoy this haven of peace with a neighbor nature, the sea and the birds of the ornithological reserve pond Kerloc'h.

This traditional house renovated 18 th century, you will enjoy the charm of stone and modern comfort. It overlooks a courtyard that can take advantage of sunlight.

Hiking trails take you to quickly (10 minutes) to the beach or the lake Kersiguenou Kerloc'h.

Such a Navy anchor, the Crozon peninsula on the card at the western end of the European continent. Crozon, its capital, is in the real administrative and commercial center.

About 8032 hectares of its territory, its 8060 inhabitants are distributed in more than 150 villages and localities which are especially off five urban centers: Crozon, Morgat its port and resort, The Freight port relations with Brest, Tal Ar Groas road communications node; St. Hernot heart of one of the most beautiful natural areas of Britain.

Lovely house

Excellent property in a wonderful area. Close to plenty of coastal walks and beaches, and only a 5 minute drive from Crozon.The house is very well equipped and extremely comfortable, even in the winter time. Would absolutely recommend and hopefully stay there again in the future.

Eine Freundin und ich waren mit 2 Hunden 3 Wochen im Oktober in diesem Haus. Anmerkungen:Der unangehme Geruch im Haus und das Brummen eines Luftentfeuchters, der lief, weil die Wände feucht sind. Das heruntergekommene Bad. Die Spülung der Toilette röhrt los wie ein startendes Flugzeug. Nachts eine Zumutung. Im Bad herrscht ein widerlicher Geruch, der aus dem Abluss emporsteigt. Kein Lufterfrischer half. Der Putz im Bad bröckelt und ist stellenweise dreckig. Ein Wandregal für die Badutensilien fehlt komplett.Unsauberkeit im Wohnbereich. Einige Schmuddelecken. Die komplette Einrichtung samt Zubehör ist Ausschuss. Durchgesessene Couch, Geschirr, das aussieht, als ob es Schmutzränder aufweist, aber das sind nur die Reste des ursprünglichen Dekors, das der Spülmaschine zum Opfer fiel. Wirkt aber trotzdem unappetitlich. Usw.Keine Zentralheizung: Je 1 elektrische Heizung im Erdgeschossschlafzimmer und in der Küche und für's Bad 1 elektrischer Heizlüfter. Im Schlafzimmer 1. Etage gibt es keine Möglichkeit, Kleidung gescheit unterzubringen. 1 kleine Kommode genügt nicht. Fahrbare Kleiderstange Herrendiener wären gut."Meerblick" vom Haus aus existiert nicht. 20 Minuten (eher mehr) muss man zur Küste gehen.Hohe Nebenkosten.Pluspunkt: Die Umgebung des Hauses ist optimal für Hundehalter, viel Natur und ruhig. Aber auch hier 1 Haken: Ungepflegte Hecken, schmale Zufahrt - mit VW-Bus problematisch.Fazit: Das Angebot ist arg geschönt. "Hervorragend" ist anders.

La maison est bien équipée. Très propre. La météo était un peu fraiche mais nous avons pu profiter du soleil dans la cour. L'endroit est très calme. La proximité de la voie verte et la superbe plage de Kersiguenou sont appréciables. Une mention speciale pourcson accueil et sa gentillesse à Mme Mottet ainsi qu'à Mr et Mme Gamblin pour les petits cadeaux gourmands.

Belle environnement, la Bretagne est exceptionnelle dans ce coin là… si vous aimez la nature et la randonnée,… le logement est loin du centre de Crozon ce qui oblige à prendre la voiture pour tout, mais l avantage c est au calme! La salle de bain est petite et rassemblée avec le wc, cela mériterait une grosse renovation, et le bâtiment est humide au sols et murs,… pas top par temps mitigé… les GR côtier plages sont à 2km minimum,… la vue mer n est donc clairement pas une option!

1 semaine à Crozon avec ma fille et nos chiens formidable.Petite maison typique bretonne dans un hameau tranquille et vaste. Description de la maison totalement conforme avec l'annonce voir mieux car nous avions une clairière en face et le chemin vert juste en bas pour la balade des chiens.Nous avons visité tout ce qui eut se visiter sur la presqu'île et nous avons découvert un paysage somptueux en suivant le GR34. Seul bémol sur la maison, invasion de fourmis dans la cuisine !

Nous avons passé un chouette séjours, la petite maison mitoyenne est fonctionnelle et dans un lieu très tranquille,la plage de Kersiguenou est env. 20 minutes.Le seul petit bémol de cette maison, c'est qu'au mois de janvier, avec la pluie, elle est froide et humide.Donc il est indispensable de mettre le chauffage et de faire tourner le déshumidificateur. Bonjour la facture d'électricité!
