Petit penty ... or .... fishermen house description below
This penty (typical fisherman's house) is located in one of the last villages on the way to Cap de la Chevre, Kergonan en Rostudel.
Located on the GR 34, the hikes starting from the house are innumerable and very varied. On foot, the beach of Porz Kreguen at 5 minutes, the Cap de La Chèvre (25 minutes), the Palue or Losmarch for surfing (30 minutes), the famous beach of Île Vierge (45 minutes), then with more trained legs or by bike, the Pen Hir point, the Pointe des Espagnols, Camaret, Le Fret.
The house is located in a hamlet, quiet from all traffic. A 10-minute drive from Morgat (the seaside town on the Crozon peninsula), you will enjoy a garden with table, parasol and sun loungers. The interior of the house has just been refurbished. On the ground floor a living room of 25m2 with an equipped kitchen (oven / hob / dishwasher), a shower room and separate toilet as well as a living room. Upstairs, two small rooms under the roofs, low ceilings but very warm from where you can see the sea. The children's room is accessed through the parents' room.
In order to avoid the logistical chores of arrival we provide the basics (coffee and tea, pepper, oil, cleaning products, toilet paper).
The house welcomes children with pleasure (games, books, special cutlery).
Sheets and towels can be provided. Books, games for children, guides and maps of the region are available. A television is available to watch DVDs or blueray as well as a play station for family games. If you have special needs or desires, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Here the objective is to enjoy nature, peaceful evenings, birds, proximity to the sea and sunsets. There is no wifi and the network is sometimes finicky.
Upon arrival, a deposit of 500 euros will be requested. It will be returned to you on the day of your departure.

This typical fishermen house is located in one of the last village while heading to The Cap de la Chevre. This village is called Kergonan en Rostudel.
The house is literally on the GR34, the walking path which goes all arround Brittany. The walks from the house are endless: Porz Kreguen beach at 5 minutes walk (it is dangerous to swim there), Le Cap de la Chevre (25 minutes), La Palue or Losmarch are very famous for surfing are at 30 minutes walk and the fabulous Virgin Island beach at 45 minutes. Then, with well trained legs or by bike: La Pointe des Espagnols, Camaret, Le Fret ...
The house is far away from heavy traffic and in a very quite village of few houses. It will take 10 minutes by a scenic drive to reach Morgat. You will enjoy a small and nice garden with table and umbrella. Inside the house has just been renovated. At the ground floor (25 sqm), you will find a bathroom with shower, separated toilets, a kitchen (hoven, dishwasher, cooking stove), a table where you will be able to eat at 7 comfortably seated and a sofa space. The first floor is “under the roof”, the height is low and the two rooms are connected (you must fo through the parents room to reach the kids room). The rooms are cozy and you can see the sea from the windows.
Bedsheets and towels can be provided. We also provide the basics to avoid you to bother with (salt, pepper, oil, some tea, coffee, cleaning stuff). The house is children friendly with toys, games, special plates, knives, forks and glasses. A TV to watch DVD and a Play Station 3 are available for family fun. If you have any special needs, do not hesitate to contact me, I’ll do my best to inform you or to help you with logistics aspects.
