- on the ground floor: an entrance with a closet, a bathroom with toilet, a living room with a sofa, a kitchen area, and also a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue and small enclosed garden exposed directly south,
- Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms (one bedroom with a bed of 160 cm and the other with a bed of 140 cm).
The recent decoration makes a very nice house, clean and bright.
Holiday house ideally located near Port La Forêt (nest deemed sailors), the beach and the golf Kerleven Cornwall (18 holes), water sports, sailing, cruising with Glénan Islands (pier 1 km) , city of painters (Pont-Aven - 12 km), Quimper and its cathedral (17 km), Concarneau with its walled city and its fishing port (5 km), Benodet casino and spa (12 km) ...
Perfect place to start for bicycle and on foot.

Très agréable maison bien située et equipee
Maison très agréable située en bordure du port de plaisance à proximité de la belle plage de Kerkeven et au départ de nombreux chemins de randonnée. Bourg de la Foret Fouesnant charmant avec son marché dominical très achalandé! Excellente adresse.
