In this picture you see me, Armijn, and my wife, Luciana. She is from the city and I am originally from the Netherlands. We have been together for 28 years and have a wonderful daughter, Emma. Since she finished school we are trying to spend our time a little more divided over the continents as we each still have old parents.
Why they chose this property
We bought this property on a Sunday. We were walking on the fair outfront and saw a for sale sign on the balcony. The realtor was around so she could show us instantly.
We instantly fell in love with the place. The space the layout all just perfect. It did need a paintjob, but we moved in quickly. Over the years we have put in a new kitchen and bathroom, we replaced most of the windows. It is in the best state it has ever been in.

What makes this property unique
The location is certainly the benefit. In front of the apartment you find an organic fair every Saturday morning, and on Sundays there is flea market. You really don't need a car in this place as everything is in walking distance.
