We were in town for graduation and felt so at home here. It was perfect for our family and we loved the location. The host was very friendly and responsive. Would stay again!
We had an excellent stay and especially enjoyed the screened-in back porch which had more than enough room and seating for our group. We hope we can come back in future years!
Our group had a great time this rental! The screened in porch was wonderful, we used it every night and morning! The house was cozy, had great AC, plenty of sleeping room, and several good places to hang out indoors. The host was responsive, nice, and very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Chapel Hill and have a good size group with you.
We stayed here the end of June for a family reunion. Everything was great! The actual reunion was elsewhere, but we slept, showered, baked and did end-of-day activities here for 3 nights. The porch was perfect for a nightcap, conversations and table games. Neighborhood is quiet with lots of deer; we had a small dog on a leash. Grocery stores are nearby; very convenient! We woukd stay here again.
Perfect house for our visit with family who live nearby. The screened porch was ideal for family meals. The neighborhood was quiet, beautiful, very friendly neighbors, great for dog walking. We liked getting to meet Mary, the owner, and she explained how to work the tv, ceiling fans etc. Convenient to grocery stores.
Very nice house in a great neighborhood. Check in/out was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

The entire house was just full of antiques. The master bedroom had a shower that was maybe 3' x 3' and there clusters of dust under every bed. The wifi worked in the kitchen but not in any rooms or upstairs. I took pictures but they're on my camera. There was a crack in a picture in the downstairs bedroom. The owner was nice but I would never choose that place again.
Mary was very responsive and flexible in helping us book dates for an out of town job my company did in Chapel Hill. It's always nice to have a place that feels like home when you travel.
My friends and I rented this house our a weekend trip. The house and amenities were great and we would definitely stay here again should the occasion arise.
Close to UNC and shopping, this was a wonderful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Home had all the amenities and a nice backyard for our dog. We stayed for a week and would highly recommend.
Great family house with plenty of space to spread out. The owner was responsive and attentive to our needs. She even provided Halloween candy for us to give out.
I booked Mary’s property with a group of 9 co-workers for a pharmacy conference, and we all had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and spacious, and we appreciated Mary’s hospitality.
Mary's House was perfect! We were traveling for a doctor's appointment for our son and we reserved Mary's House. The house was so welcoming and had a great feel. It literally felt like home!! There was everything you could possibly need and the neighborhood was wonderful! We had a few neighbors wave and tell us hello while we were loading and unloading the car. The beds were super comfortable and the house was clean. We hope to stay again when we travel back.
Mary’s place is wonderful. Very spacious and homey. The kitchen had everything you might need, including spices and olive oil. And there were plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets for the 10 of us. It is comfy, spacious and really close to UNC.
Great home to accommodate grandparents for UNC graduation. We LOVED the back porch, it's the perfect gathering space. Convenient to campus. If I could be so fortunate to have another UNC grad, I'd stay there again.
