Great location! Big house with nice fenced yard. It is not 5 bedrooms, it is 4 bedrooms with another bed in the entryroom but does sleep plenty. Nice big kitchen too.The thing to be aware of is there is no gate at the top of stairs where there is a kids twin bedroom with a door that doesn't latch shut . This could be dangerous A gate would be a great addition to the home. We had a great family stay and would rent again.

Great property for a group!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property while in Durham for Duke graduation weekend. It comfortably fit the 8 of us (plus dogs), the location was great, and Ege was very responsive and a wonderful host. Would definitely recommend!
