We had the family together in town for a wedding and had a Fantastic time. The house had plenty of space and enjoyed the shaded back deck. Watched baby blue birds fly from their nest. An additional treat! Thank you!

Four co-workers attending a conference by the convention center stayed for half the cost of rooms in the attached hotel. Convenient location within 7 minutes of the convention center and restaurants.

Plenty of space to spread out

Very new property with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for our large family. Close to downtown Durham and restaurants. We also enjoyed BBQ each night on the back porch. Plenty of extra towels for everyone (6) on a 5 night stay. Quick responses from the host.

Central getaway

We were in town for a graduation and were able to comfortably have grandparents and aunts/uncles/cousins stay all together in this house. It was such a great family time! The house is also gorgeous!! Our favorite part was being so close that we were able to walk over to the tobacco campus/Durham bulls stadium. I hate we didn’t discover it until graduation because we would absolutely stay here again. If you have little kids, be mindful of the road since the house sits right on it. Some of the cars do drive a little fast.
