MUSICAL LIVING ROOM



The sun-drenched open-concept living room is a great place to hang out and relax and play records, play the piano, try out the OCULUS 2 VR headset and controllers, play board games, or snuggle up with fresh-popped popcorn and gum balls and watch your favorite shows and movies on the 65` Smart TV with Netflix, HBO, and more. Turn on the electric fireplace for warmth or just an elevated look and feel.



The living room has seating for 8, plus two more seats at the kitchen island. The antique piano desk functions as a desk and also has a professional keyboard with weighted keys and a pedal inside. You`re able to disconnect the piano if little fingers can`t keep their hands off it :) The gum ball machine takes quarters that you`ll be reimbursed for. We did this intentionally to keep the little ones in check :) All proceeds go to charity.



The living and dining room look out onto the back porch and fenced backyard so the kids can play while the adult relax inside.



KITCHEN DINING AREAS:



The modern chef`s kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a bespoke white glass refrigerator that has a beverage center that makes 2 different sizes of ice. The refrigerator usually stocked with fresh food like milk, eggs, and butter to help get you started.



The kitchen has everything you need: an air fryer, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, dishes and silverware for adults and kids, drinking glasses, wine glasses, champagne glasses, coffee cups, knives, cutting boards, bakeware, cooking utensils, cookbooks, and more.



The pantry is usually stocked with essentials like cereal, oatmeal, mac and cheese, rice, protein bars, snacks, oil, salt and pepper, spices, cooking oil, and more to help get you started.



Our famous COFFEE BAR comes with an espresso machine, a Kurig that brews 12 cups of coffee and single K cups of coffee, a french press, and a frother. We also provide assorted teas, including freshly ground Matcha tea, hot chocolate, and vanilla and caramel syrup. We also provide premium ground coffee and ground espresso beans. In the drawers, you`ll find organic K cups and half-and-half, sugar, Splenda, and Biscoff cookies!



Under the kitchen sink, you`ll find extra dishwasher pods, trash bags, and cleaning supplies.



Enjoy unforgettable meals around the dining table comfortably seats 6 and can fit 8. The island seats another two. Both are also great places to work!

Ultra high-speed GOOGLE Fiber Internet makes it easy for everyone to enjoy all of their devices simultaneously.



CHIC AND SERENE BEDROOMS:



Primary Bedroom:

You`ll be blown away by the 20 feet high soaring ceilings in the primary bedroom. The thick memory foam king bed comes with tons of comfy pillows and luxury linens. This bedroom has a swinging egg chair, a PILATES reformer, yoga equipment, its own Nespresso coffee bar, a 65` smart TV, and a large desk with a 27` iMac. In the generous walk-in closet, you`ll find bath robes, a bolted-in safe, extra sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels. You`ll also have access to baby items, such as a pack n play.



There is a generous ensuite bathroom that boasts a rainfall shower with three shower heads and a private water closet. In the bathroom, you`ll find premium shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and hand soap, as well as Q-tips, cotton balls, and makeup remover pads. You`ll be provided with plenty of fluffy towels.



Bedroom 2:

This upstairs bedroom has an ultra-comfortable, ultra-thick Casper mattress, luxury sheets, and a ceiling with the coolest bird wallpaper you`ve ever seen! The room also has a generous closet and a TV for winding down at the end of the day. Turn on or off the unique LED light installation with the click of a button.



Bedroom 3:

This downstairs bedroom can be set up as a king bed, 2 twin beds, or one twin/daybed. This room has its own TV, a desk, the OCULUS, podcasting equipment, and hangers to put your clothes on.



Bedroom 4:

This upstairs bedroom has an ultra-comfortable, thick memory foam queen mattress, luxury sheets, its own large smart TV, a desk with vintage cameras on top, and a mattress with extra sheets, towels, and hangers.



Extra beds:

We also provide 4 self-inflating twin beds.





LUXURY BATHROOMS



Primary Bathroom:

There is a generous ensuite bathroom that boasts a rainfall shower with three shower heads and a private water closet. In the bathroom, you`ll find premium shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and hand soap, as well as Q-tips, cotton balls, and makeup remover pads. You`ll be provided with plenty of fluffy towels.



Guest Bathroom:

The upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom that has a shower, tub, and plenty of amenities to make you feel right at home, like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, Q tips, cotton pads, and makeup remover pads. After a long day of fun, enjoy a relaxing bath with the provided bath salts. We also have a baby bath that can be used in this bathroom to bathe babies.



Powder Room:

There is a beautifully designed powder room downstairs between the kitchen and Bedroom 3. You`ll have towels, soap, and extra toilet paper.





EXPANSIVE, RELAXING OUTDOOR SPACE:



Porch:

The porch off of the back of the house has a beautiful seating area for four people, as well as a relaxing hanging bench. Enjoy the sights of beautiful flowers as you overlook the backyard.



Backyard:

The spacious, fenced-in backyard has a fire pit with six chairs, an outdoor dining table with an umbrella and six chairs, a relaxing hammock, and a BBQ. We even provide outdoor games! The gate is locked for your privacy and enjoyment.

Work Spaces:

There are plenty of desks throughout the house. There is one in the living room, one in Bedroom 3, and one in the primary bedroom. Enjoy blazing fast 1G internet for all of your streaming needs.



Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging:

We have a 220V outlet and a 48a charger for use with regular EVs and Teslas alike. Just clip on the Tesla adapter.



Pool and Gym:

Your health is our priority, so we provide complimentary access to a nearby gym with an indoor pool, sauna, spa, and more, for the first seven days of your stay. For guests who are staying with us for one month or more, we provide complimentary access for your entire stay.



Baby Equipment:

We provide a high chair, a pack n` play, a crib, a baby gate, a baby bath, plug covers, corner covers for the coffee table, kids` dishes, and more to keep babies and children safe and comfortable. You can unplug the piano if they`re having a little too much fun with it, you can close and lock the record player, and the gumball machine takes quarters so that should give you some peace! The gumball machine is relatively light so you can always move it into a closet if it becomes too much of a distraction for little ones.



Security:

We have a Ring doorbell, and cameras that record audio and video around the perimeter of the house for security. Some cameras record 24/7 and others record only when there is motion, but can be accessed anytime.
