Nature meets luxury in this highly intentional space, created to accommodate restoration on a cellular level. Foraged antiques and modern amenities make the Rock Rose Cottage feel both lavish and intimate.

A SPACE TO REST & RETREAT
Whether you need to adventure hiking paths or embrace local Humboldt living by visiting the bespoke cafes and shops, the Rock Rose Cottage is a true respite from modern city living. Many elements of the home utilize organic bedding and anti microbial and ionizing mineral plaster walls. We used natural materials whenever possible.

Didn’t want to leave

I’m sadly back to reality now after spending 4 nights in this beautiful space. We arrived after a long, chilly, rainy drive to a warm and welcoming home away from home. The location was perfect for exploring nearby redwood forests and beaches. We also loved simply hanging out at the cottage… so comfy inside and so peaceful outside. Nikki is a great host, responded right away with any questions we had. Will definitely return!!

Quiet peaceful escape

Had a great time in Trinidad! House was quiet clean and very nice! Close to all the beaches. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get away ;)

We found the rental as described. We used this as a base for hiking in Redwood National Park and nearby beaches. Definitely recommend you consider this if you are staying visiting northern California.
