4 bedrooms (3 X 160 and 2 x 80), the beds are fitted with duvets, 2 bathrooms, and 2 separate WCs.

 - dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, dolce gusto, microwave and multifunction oven, fridge, toaster, washing machine,
 Dining room, lounge with television, WIFI.
Large veranda with large bay windows equipped with mosquito nets, which allows you to be inside / outside.
Large wooded lot with a gazebo and a barbecue. A small children's hut, overlooking the Luberon line.
Large garage for a car and sports bikes.
Freestanding pool (5 x 3 m) which allows you to relax after a day of sightseeing.

BANON, a medieval village in the Provencal hinterland, 30 km from APT, Manosque, all shops, lively with its cultural and sporting activities which take place throughout the year: exhibitions, cheese festival , Christmas crib, ...
and its local and regional food specialties according to the seasons: goat cheese, chestnuts, cold meats, Sault nougat, candied fruit, ....
Sports activities and leisure: for hikers and road cyclists or mountain bikers the region is ideal. There are many walking paths, road or mountain bike circuits listed at all levels.

My wife and I spent two very enjoyable weeks at the end of September. This was our fourth time in Provence but the first time in this wonderfully scenic area - imagine continuous lavender fields! Sadly lavender season had passed but the neatly trimmed fiels eere visible in all directions ready for next year's bloom.The house was an excellent base from which to explore the many pretty villages and historic sites. When not out and about, our time was spent relaxing in the verandah or the extensive grounds. The house is comfortable and very well equipped. The location is quite rural with the villages of Banon and Montsalier a short drive (or good walk) away.

Banon Quartier st jean

Séjour en famille (fratrie) et les conjoints . Semaine très agréable dans une région aux multiples facettes , une population avec une vraie volonté de préserver les valeurs d'accueil et de générosité. La location correspondait en tous points à nos attentes: confort, équipement et un vaste espace arboré, sans oublier la gentillesse et la disponibilité de notre hôte.

Superbe séjour

Rien à dire sur le logement et l'hospitalité de l'hôte. Le logement garde bien la fraîcheur pendant la journée malgré la chaleur à l'extérieur. La piscine est assez petite, mais parfaite pour se rafraîchir, les lits sont confortables, le logement est super grand et dispose d'un grand garage pour garder la voiture au frais. Je recommande!

Eine wunderbare Woche in diesem tollen Anwesen

Wir waren mit unserer 87 jährigen Mama im Urlaub . Das Haus ist auch für ältere Personen ideal mit dem Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer im Parterre. Der Park mit Pool, Grill und wunderbarem Baumbestand ist einfach ein Paradies. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgerüstet was man sich wünscht. Besser geht es nicht.

Ruim huis met riante tuin in het hartje van de Provençaalse Alpen

De start van onze vakantie werd overschaduwd door de rellen in Frankrijk waardoor we niet geheel op ons gemak waren om af te reizen. In het huisje in Banon hoefden we ons daar helemaal geen zorgen over te maken. Rust, prachtige bergachtige landschappen en een ruim huis omringd door een gigantische (meer dan 1ha schat ik) tuin zorgden voor de ideale setting voor een fijne vakantie. De snelle interventies van Cathy (de mevrouw die de ontvangst en opvolging doet ter plaatse) en het vlotte contact met Marlène (de eigenares) maakten het geheel af.

Perfektes Haus in guter

Alles hat oerfekt gepast, das Haus liegt ruhig ausserhalb von Banon. Grosses Grundstück, wo man immer ein schattiges Plätzchen findet. Ein kleiner, aber feiner Pool, in dem man sich an heissen Tagen abkühlen kann. Eine perfekt eingerichtete Küche und der aussen gelegene Grillbereich lassen keine Wünsche offen. Sehr herzlicher Empfang und gute Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Superbe très grande propriété dans un cadre verdoyant, très calme et reposant! La maison super équipée est très spacieuse avec une véranda agréable. Tout est à la disposition des vacanciers (jeux de société enfant et adulte, jeux d extérieur enfant, bibliothèque, etc.....) Maryline et son époux nous ont accueilli chaleureusement et ont fait preuve d une vive réactivité lorsque nous nous sommes retrouvés sans gaz pour la cuisinière un vendredi à 21h. Kader, qui entretient la piscine est très sympathique et nous a recommandé de très bonnes adresses de restaurants! Seul petit bémol, qui en soit à déranger principalement les enfants, l eau de la piscine est très froide. Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses et pensons déjà à y retourner !

Magnifique séjour dans cette belle et grande maison. Idéalement située, dans un endroit très calme en pleine nature et à seulement 5min de Banon. La maison est très bien équipée (notamment la cuisine, dans laquelle il ne manque absolument rien !), les pièces sont spacieuses. Nous recommandons sans hésiter pour le cadre et la localisation.

Une maison de vacances extrêmement agréable

La location est vaste, confortable et parfaitement équipée, le très grand jardin est fort agréable. L'endroit est très calme, un peu à l'écart de la ville. Le lieu est bien située pour faire des excursions (Banon est un beau village et de nombreux autres beaux endroits sont proches). Les personnes chargés de l’accueil sont très sympathiques. Un excellent lieu de villégiature.

Une maison et de l'espace

La maison n'est vraiment pas loin de Banon, petit village mais avec tous les commodités, à 6 minutes, mais tout en étant bien isolé et en retrait pour avoir du calme, aucun voisin direct et une tranquillité. La propriété est elle même assez grande pour qu'on n'en devine pas la fin quand on sort de la maison et offre donc de grands espaces. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le barbecue en pierre et de pouvoir manger à l'ombre à coté ou encore la piscine hors sol mais très agréable et solide. La maison elle même offre de grande pièces pour qu'une grande famille s'y sente à l'aise. L'accueil a été très agréable avec la sympathie de Marilyn et Jean Luc et le plaisir de croiser Marlène au départ. Si vous cherchez une grande maison au calme pour passer de belles vacances dans un beau cadre, nous ne pouvons que vous recommander cette maison.

L'accueil de Marylin et son mari a été très agréable. Ils sont très gentils et à l'écoute. La maison est grande, très calme et les pièces sont fraîches , ce qui est plutôt bien lorsqu'il fait 32° à l'extérieur. La cuisine est bien équipée. Le fait d'avoir 2 salles de bain et 2 WC séparés est un plus très appréciable. Pour les courses, il y a une supérette à 3 km. La piscine était propre. Très bon séjour pour cette maison. Je recommande si vous aimez l'espace et la tranquillité.

Wunderschöne, erholsame Ferien

Wir können dieses Anwesen sehr empfehlen! Für Kinder ist es ein Paradies! Die Einteilung des Hauses war für uns ideal; oben die Familie, unten wir Grosseltern. Es war wunderbar; sehr ruhig, abgelegen und in der Nacht angenehm kühl. Haben uns sehr gut erholt und werden sicher wieder mal hier Urlaub machen. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Pool war angenehm und sauber auch wenn man nicht darin schwimmen konnte, war er doch ideal für eine Abkühlung. Wir haben einige Märkte besucht. Zum Grosseinkauf fuhren wir immer Richtung Forcalquier ins Casino. Die Ferien waren viel zu schnell vorbei.

Un lieu idéal pour se ressourcer avec des enfants

Nous avons adoré notre semaine à Banon. L'immense jardin était idéal pour nos enfants. Petit plus très appréciable : une cabane à bois pleine de jeux ! Parfait pour les adultes aussi :chaises longues, douces odeurs de pin et de lavande et chant des cigales... Maison très propre et bien équipée. Couple en charge de l'accueil à la fois attentionné et discret. Bref, réservez sans hésiter !
