A spacious villa in an exclusive development. Residents have access to a top quality (15 x 8m) shared - but quiet - swimming pool just 150m from the door. The house is designed in traditional Provencal style and to a high standard of quality, finish and insulation. It is surrounded on all four sides by its own treed garden (800m2). It is a spacious villa (115m2) with a south-facing aspect via full height door-windows from the sitting room and master bedroom to a shaded patio (ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation). There is also a stone paved patio to the rear offering sun and shade, with plenty of space for outdoor living.

The large living area is tastefully but comfortably furnished and has a raised, timber-beamed ceiling. We provide high speed optical fibre Wi-Fi plus TV. The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave) features a breakfast bar.

Three bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests: the master bedroom has an en suite bath with separate shower and WC. The second bathroom has a shower and WC. There is a third WC in the cloakroom.

Whether you want to explore the Luberon area and Haute-Provence or just relax at home, you will not be disappointed. Village/shops 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike, 30 minutes on foot. Three good restaurants can be found within 15 minutes drive.

Please note, the building is NOT suitable for wheelchair users.
