Ideal for nature lovers, house of 70m2 completely renovated, clear and functional, on a plot of 5000m2 with trees and flowers, facing south. Calm assured, without vis-à-vis. Below, out of the way, secure private swimming pool, 8 X 4m, with whirlpool and shaded trellis, all overlooking the Luberon and the village of Caseneuve.
Large terrace sheltered by a roof where you can take your meals.
The house consists of a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen, air conditioning, 3D TV, 3D DVD player, home cinema, Wifi.
A spacious bedroom with a 140cm bed, directly overlooking the terrace.
A smaller bedroom with 2 separate 90cm beds that can be joined.
Possibility of sleeping 2 additional people on the convertible sofa in the living room.
Shower room and separate WC.
The house is 10 km from the center of Apt, located just behind the Colorado de Rustrel and close to many departures from hiking trails.

Lovely little oasis

Lovely house, grounds and pool. Ophelie was the perfect host, her house was immaculate and the pool was amazing in the heat of the summer. The nearest village, Caseneuve had a lovely restaurant with amazing food. The house had everything you need for your stay. The children especially liked the football table, darts and ping pong table. The movies and games console was an added bonus. We will definitely be returning, thank you.

Well appointed villa in peaceful setting

My wife and I spent 8 days in this villa in early summer. The house had everything we needed and was very peaceful and relaxing. The villa is central to many of the larger towns of Provence, but remote enough to be a serene getaway. While the weather was a little cold for using the pool, we enjoyed sitting by it with a bottle of red wine from one of the many wineries within a short drive. The town of Apt was convenient for going out to dinner and had many more good restaurants than we had expected, which was a pleasant surprise. We plan to return to France again and would not hesitate to stay at this villa.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit sfeervolle huis.We werden hartelijk ontvangen en kregen een rondleiding door het huis en de tuin/ zwembad. Het huis en interieur is heel netjes en verzorgd, In de ruime keuken was alles aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. Het zwembad is echt geweldig, ondanks dat het weer wat frisser was hebben we er dagelijks van genoten. Een vakantie in september zorgt soms dat je 's avonds niet buiten kan zitten, gelukkig was het ook goed toeven in de lichte woonkamer. Het buiten terras is heel ruim met diverse zitjes. De omgeving is heerlijk rustig. Wij zijn regelmatig op de fiets naar Apt geweest, een plaats in de buurt. Het tweepersoonsbed vonden wij wat aan de lage kant, maar dat is dan ook echt het enige minpuntje. Wij hebben genoten van dit fijne huis en bevelen het zeer aan! Hans en Marion

Un séjour au top

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la maison, tout étais parfait y compris pour notre petite princesse. Nous avons bien profité de l’ensemble des installations, de la piscine fort agréable avec les températures caniculaires et du jardin bien aménagé. Et surtout, le calme et la quiétude des lieux à l’abri des arbres. La région, que nous connaissons déjà, est top et la localisation de la maison permet de rayonner aisément dans le régions. Nous y reviendrons :)

Nous avons adoré notre séjour de deux semaines ! Propriétaires très gentils et très discret. Le lieu est propice pour le repos, se ressourcer auprès de la nature au son des cigales. La piscine et les alentours sont un havre de paix ! La maison est très agréable et on se sent vite comme à la maison ;-) Une belle adresse de vacances à garder jalousement ;-) Merci merci !! 🙏🙏

2 Wochen Entspannung

Wir haben hier 2 sehr schöne Wochen im Juli als Familie verbringen dürfen. Das Haus ist mit allen notwenigen Dingen ausgestattet. Die ruhige Lage, der Pool und das große Grundstück laden dazu ein, auch mal einen Tag „zu Hause“ zu bleiben wenn man keine Lust auf einen Ausflug hat. Die Lage ist ideal für Tagestouren in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, unaufdringlich und hilfsbereit. Wir überlegen bereits, im nächsten Jahr wiederzukommen.

tolle Lage und schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr ruhige Lage mit grossem gepflegtem Garten und Pool (Salzwasser). Die Bilder und Beschreibung passen. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und die Küche ist gut bestückt. Es ist alles da, was es braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und diskret, reagieren aber auf SMS-Meldungen sofort und schauen bei Problemen auch gleich vorbei. Der einzige Minuspunkt für uns ist, dass das Dach bei starkem Regen undicht ist. Es hat in allen drei Zimmern reingetröpfelt. Die Vermieter sind informiert; an den Spuren an den Wänden existiert dieses Problem scheinbar schon länger.

Wunderschöner Garten, sehr gutes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Zum schönen Garten rund um den Pool und das Haus haben andere Gäste schon viele positives berichtet. Das kann ich alles bestätigen. Zudem die beiden Vermieter sehr freundlich und kommunikativ sind. Leider ist mein Französisch so unglaublich schlecht aber mit Englisch sind wir alle sehr gut zurecht gekommen. Der sehr gute Service zeigte sich bei einem kleinen Problem mit der Kaffeemaschine. Das war noch am selben Tag behoben. Die Reaktionszeit generell auf Text Nachrichten ist Weltklasse. Poolreinigung wurde ebenfalls abgesprochen. Es stand keiner überraschend vor der Tür. Alles sehr diskret. Das nächste Lavendelfeld ist nur wenige Meter die Straße hoch. Gute Bäcker usw in Apt in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto.

Super Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist wirklich traumhaft, innen und außen. Die Terrassen sind wunderbar mit bequemen Stühlen und Liegen. Für den Pool war es uns schon zu kalt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das Haus sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Séjour agréable dans le Luberon

Nous avons passez un agréable séjour dans cette villa toute équipée. Emplacement idéal et calme absolu. La piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques et invitent à la relaxation. Plusieurs activités sont possibles à proximité de Caseneuve, il y en a pour tous les goûts. A recommander sans hésitation.

Wonderful

The house itself is functional and pleasant enough, but the garden, terraces and swimming pool really made our stay an exceptional experience. The very quiet location makes this house the ideal spot for relaxing, though the closeness of Apt, Saignon, ... makes it an good base for exploring the beautiful region. Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans le Lubéron. La maison est parfaite pour 4 personnes et est bien équipée. De plus elle est idéalement située au calme et à bonne distance des différents sites culturels et touristiques.

Beautiful garden and pool, fully equipped kitchen

We spent a week at the house with our two kids. We loved the salt-water pool (it's not the biggest, but decent-sized at ca. 3 * 7 meters) and enjoyed the table-tennis and table football games. The garden is nicely landscaped, the furniture in the house is ok (functional). What we liked was the fully equipped kitchen and the proximity of the house to the next town (Apt - a 10 min drive) and other pretty villages (i.e. Saignon). The owners - who live in a house on a property nearby - were very nice and discreet. We had a good time here!
